Inside the main living space you’ll find a plush L-shaped sectional and large flatscreen tv ready to entertain you and your guests. A stone fireplace keeps the space warm and inviting during the chilly winter months. A high top table sits next to a large open window providing the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee while admiring the surrounding views. Step inside the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, and prepare a delicious meal. A coffee pot and toaster oven are conveniently provided for you to use during your stay. Seating for four is provided at the kitchen bar while an additional seating for six can be found at the dining room table. Around the corner, a full size washer and dryer is available for you if the need should arise.

Through the laundry room you’ll gain access to the side deck. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and perfect Big Bear weather as you relax and enjoy a glass of wine paired with pine tree views.

When you’re ready to settle down for the night, three bedrooms can be found up a set of stairs. The first bedroom offers a king size bed as well as a twin bed. A large flatscreen tv is perfectly positioned for both beds to enjoy. The remaining two bedrooms upstairs both offer queen over queen bunk beds with one also providing a futon couch and tv with built in dvd player.

No matter what season you’re visiting in, Summit Run has the perfect location for all of your adventurous Big Bear needs. Take advantage of being just a quick 4 minute walk to Snow Summit Ski Resort, some of the best slopes in Southern California. During the summer, Ski Beach Park is only a 3 minute drive from the home and provides incredible lake views and fun play structures for kids. The Village Shopping Center is a 5 minute drive away and offers plenty of dining, shopping and nightlife options.

City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy"

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
