Judy's Moody is direct oceanfront on private Moody Beach!

Unit #2 is located on the right side of the building when standing in the parking lot. This is one of two units on the property. Unit #2 offers 5 bedrooms, 2 full and one 1/2 baths, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen with eat in dinning table, living room and 1/2 bathroom are located on the 1st floor. In the basement you will find the 2nd full bathroom along with 3 more bedrooms. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Walk out the back door to your deck, yard, and patio with seating and then directly onto Moody Beach! Getting your feet in the sand has never been so easy. This location not only allows for private beach access but is just minutes to drive to the local grocery store, and restaurants and shops in either Ogunquit or Wells! You get the best of both worlds and get to experience two of Maines most traveled to beach towns. Linens and towels are included. Outdoor shower is shared with Unit #1, cold water only.Pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Prior approval for dogs MUST BE GIVEN by Coastline Vacation Rentals with a pet fee of $150/dog. Dogs must be leashed on the beach at all times. Maximum of 4 parking spots for Unit #2. Please do not park in Unit#1 designated parking spots. Washer and Dryer units are shared with Unit#1 and are located outside under the deck.

We have been coming to this beach house for 10 years now.

We love being right on the beach. The patio prior to stepping down onto the beach provides a wonderful place to gather for breakfast and lunch. The accommodations are great and being able to text to someone during the stay to have any questions answered, is great!

This could be a great property with a little TLC. Things are getting a little shabby. I hope it’s not neglected because it’s pet friendly. We and our pets like nice things and take care of them. It was clean and well stocked with essentials.The location should be rated 10 stars!

Location is excellent and Moody beach is gorgeous! However, the house is rather run down. Couldn’t open several windows as there was either missing or holes in screens, mildew on ceilings outside showers in both bathrooms, damp downstairs in bedrooms and also had beetles in one bedroom crawling around. We had a problem with the heater coming on in upstairs bedroom. My daughter contacted property management and was told to go to the cellar and look for breaker box and flip heater switch. She said no so they sent someone over the next day but didn’t fix it and had to come back later and remove the thermostat. I realize things happen and they did eventually fix it. When I talked to property manager about condition of house after we left he kept saying “why didn’t you report all this when you were here?” He knew the condition of the house when he rented to me! Sadly, a beautiful location but I won’t rent there again.
