Youâll try to wander down the inviting, winding street but the sunny (or heated in winter) terraces will be too tempting to pass by without stopping for a glass, or two. Meanwhile the magnificent Opera Bastille is 10 mins on foot, and youâre also close to the Marais, The Jardin des Plantes, the famous Rue de Rivoli, and within easy reach of the Seine and her walkable banks, dotted with cafes and terraces.
