Clean, older property right on the beach. Close access to the beach from outside as well as a balcony overlooking the ocean. Easy parking and easy check-in. We were staying for Monterey car week and we were able to check in late in the evening. The prices were a little bit higher than usual because of the event week, but still a good value overall. if you’re driving to Monterey/Laguna Seca, it would usually take about half an hour with traffic or more. One area improvement would be the supplies, basic shampoo, soap, etc. would be nice to have in the condo.

The unit itself is very nice. Gorgeous view of the ocean!! The beds are comfortable and the showers are lovely. The television was confusing- most channels wouldn’t load- it would say upgrade or available shortly. And someone zoomed in so the few channel that did work the screen was cut off. The ac/heat knobs may be off. It is an electric stove so if the power goes out like it did while we were there you can’t cook anything.

Pajaro dunes

The view is to die for, the beach is great and the grounds are very well maintained, as good as most botanical gardens, we will be back. The unit itself is ok, but needs work, floors creak, fireplace does not work, indoor lighting is poor. It was built in 1973. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.
