Lovely Ocean View Orchard House above Kona

If you’re looking for immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable, this is the place for you. This isn’t your typical vacation rental in Kona. This full size guest house is located within a 2 acre orchard facing the ocean and sunsets.

Spacious 2 bed/2 bath guest house is located adjacent to our home. Located on roughly 2 acres, 1500ft in elevation on the slopes of Hualalai in the desirable coffee town of Holualoa. This 1100sqft home overlooks Kailua Bay (KONA). 10 minutes from the airpot, downtown Kona, and Magic Sands Beach. Perfect temperatures year round! You're in for magical sunsets. Full size W/D. No smoking or pets.

This house has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a full size bathroom. The second bedroom has a smart tv and its own full private bathroom and a tub. If you like to cook, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with anything you would need plus a grill just outside the kitchen door. Imagine barbecuing dinner while watching the sunset or sitting outside on the spacious patio enjoying your morning coffee.

When you stay in our guesthouse, you won’t need to bring your entire closet to last your whole vacation, or go home with bags full of dirty laundry. There’s a full size laundry room for your convenience.

Guests have private parking (up to 2 cars) right next to their private entrance.

We also provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and beach towels.

Comfortable, immaculate and serene

Gabe and Andrea were very available and ready to help when needed. The home is so beautiful and comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there are all kinds of beach chairs snorkeling and an umbrella for the beach. All accommodations were perfect in other words!

Our stay in Hawaii was perfect. The house was just right for our family. The boys had a yard to play in and everything was only a short drive away. We will definitely be back!

Hidden Gem!

We stayed at Gabe's place for 4 weeks. It checked ALL the boxes. Located just above Kona, at an elevation where the temperature is always perfect; never too hot/humid, nor too cool to even require socks! The house was simply immaculate. Every square inch in good repair and thoughtfully laid out to ensure comfort and spectacular views. The covered lanai with expansive seating area hosted our nightly "Golden Hour" of the incredible sunset over Kona. An added bonus was the ability to view those same sunsets when preparing meals from the well-appointed, lovely little kitchen and again from the convenient grilling area. Quality appliances (fridge with ice maker!) cookware and dishes aplenty and a pantry with thoughtful, basic supplies to create the basis of any home-cooked meal. Furniture in the living area was ample and provided a comfortable area to relax after a long day taking in the sites/beaches. Bedrooms, bathrooms and closet space were again spotless and provided the comforts of home - great linens, basic toiletries, and plush towels - way better than any hotel. We slept soundly every night to the hum of the coqui frogs and volumes of fresh air. The stocked laundry room is positioned near the front door allowing guests to unload beachwear to eliminate bringing sand into the house. Beach gear/chairs are of high quality and like new. Fruit trees on the property create an idyllic atmosphere. Our host, Gabe is down to earth and genuine, never obtrusive yet always responsive!

Amazing Getaway

This was the best place for our family to unwind from our busy work schedules and connect with each other. The front lanai is a beautiful extension of the home and we spent hours out there watching storms and sunsets, listening to nature's sounds, and contemplating life. Gabe and his family were extremely accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests - especially when we had to suddenly stay two extra nights! We highly recommend exchanging the buzz of the beat for the serenity and tranquility of this place. We'll be back!

Idyllic Big Island Getaway

Extremely comfortable, well appointed home. Full of amenities and space. Incredible views, quiet except for birds and the coqui frogs which were charming. Would definitely stay there again. Hosts were lovely, responsive and unobtrusive. Great place for rest and relaxation.

Great view, great hosts!

We travel to the big island regularly to visit our son and his family. Our trip in February was the first time staying at Gabe and Andrea's place, best place yet and we plan to return. Highly recommended for great views, ocean views and cooler nights.

Great house on the mountainside above Kailua-Kona

Very comfortable, very clean 2-bedroom house with kitchen, ocean-view lanai and living room. Everything felt new, fresh, and modern. We appreciated the thick towels, super fluffy pillows, washer/dryer in the unit, all the kitchen utensils you'd need, etc. The owners have anticipated tourists' needs by including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a tourist Hawaii book, and a fridge stocked with water bottles. Check-in process was very easy and the owner was quick to respond to any questions before/during the trip. The house is not near the ocean, but you can see the distant water from the lanai. It's about 12 minutes to drive down the mountain to reach restaurants/shopping/ beaches. Great choice for vacationers who want to hear birds and coqui frogs, instead of tourist traffic. Would recommend for couples or a family that want more space than a hotel and have access to kitchen and washer/dryer.

We live in the main house on the premises, and look forward to meeting awesome people to share and enjoy our beautiful property.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This gorgeous 1100sqft home is located on a 2 acre orchard, 10 minutes from the airpot, downtown Kona, and Magic Sands Beach, restaurants and Kona town. Due to the elevation, we have perfect temperatures all year round! Guests are in for magical sunsets and sunrises. King size bed in master bedroom and queen size bed in guest bedroom. Both rooms have a full bathroom. There's a full laundry room, so you don't have to go home with dirty laundry. :)
