Step out the door and grab your board, the surf is calling! Literally steps away from Cape Kiwanda, Surf Vista is your hangout spot for your next trip to Pacific City. The owners are surfers and have decorated their beach home into the most comfortable retreat imaginable. Sip your coffee on the oceanfront deck while you consider how best to spend your day - hiking, beachcombing or surfing!

Unload into the large family room on the main floor. With plenty of space and a large TV, this room is the perfect hang-out for the kids or to watch the game. The Bunkroom (Queen bed and bunk bed), a Queen bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry are all on this floor. Upstairs is the main living area with a large light and bright great room. Two living room seating areas (Large TV in one, watch the ocean in the other), a dining area that seats 8 (extra chairs available), and a full modern kitchen with a bar. Step out onto the deck to cook some burgers on the propane grill and watch the sun drop behind the iconic Haystack Rock. King bedroom and Queen bedroom with a full bath that includes a soaking tub and shower are conveniently located on this floor.

Parking for 4 cars in the driveway; garage is a locked owner space.

Amazing beach house!!

This was a perfect house for us!! We were celebrating a 40th Birthday for our girlfriend, and this was our girls weekend destination!! Great location, and the beach front access was amazing!! This house was stocked better than any rental house I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen has absolutely anything you could ever need!!

25th Anniversary

House was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. OMG the view!!!! Watching the sunsets from the hot tub was the best! Enjoyed celebrating our 25th anniversary here. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Perfect location

The house is in a great location - steps from the Pelican and Headland’s. Pictures of home are accurate. Kitchen has everything you need if you plan to prepare your own meals. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I took a star off of cleanliness because the chairs (velvet) needed cleaning, inside windows were covered in hand prints (I washed the windows - problem solved), and the extra blankets in the bedroom were not clean. The location, layout of the house, and all the other elements of the house made up for a few minor cleaning issues. It’s a nicely updated house with incredible views and location. Would stay again.
