The unit also includes a washer/dryer for added convenience.
To keep you comfortable year-round, the home features three portable vented AC units (one in each bedroom and one in the living area), allowing you to enjoy cool mountain air without sacrificing those breathtaking views.

AMENITIES: The property has a shared hot tub, playground, and hiking. You can also walk or bike the 0.3-mile dirt road from the condo to the Nugget Mountain Bar - they have a food truck and indoor/outdoor seating with firepits. In the summer, they also feature live music! In the summer, a bike ride to the ski resort would be easy, too.
LOCATION: Silverpick sits at appx 8800 feet in elevation. It borders the National Forest and is about halfway between the historic towns of Durango and Silverton. This prime location is just 1 mile from Purgatory Ski Resort's entrance and approximately 25 minutes from downtown Durango, with scenic drives up to Silverton and Ouray. Enjoy both quiet privacy and the incomparable Needles Mountain views from this townhome, while being close enough to the action of Purgatory Resort where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.
PETS: This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Pets must be crated if they are left home alone.
NOTE: There is a Ring spotlight camera over the front door - lights will turn on with motion.
