Beachside Villas 1022 - 3BR/2.5BA condo -Nov. and Dec. Monthly Rate Available

Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near one of the 2 pools in the complex. There is a golf cart trolley to/from beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Beachside Villas 1022 sleeps 9. 1 King size bed, 1 Full sized bunk with twin on top,1 queen sized bed, and 2 Twin size beds. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Great place to go with the family!

We enjoyed an amazing long weekend with the family. The condo is just a few steps away from the beach. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and clean and the management team was available at all times and very kind.

Love Beachside Villas

We love staying at Beachside Villas and had a great time staying here! This unit was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for our family to have a great week. Our only criticism would be that we could have used more wash cloths.

2023 summer vacation

Great beach spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great affordable spot at the beach. I was concerned with the walk to the beach and beach access, but it ended up being no problem at all. The golf cart trolly service took one minute to get us to the beach access, and the drivers were amazing!

After Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Love how accessible the management team was. Any issues were answered in a few minutes. They were very friendly. Loved that the two guest rooms had their own sink and toilet area. Grandson made use of the tennis courts each day. We walked on the beach-not too far to get to.

My Vacay

Beach access was a lengthy walk

Too many people, public beaches overcrowded. Even after catching the shuttle, it was a lengthy trek to the beach. Shuttle stops at 4 pm and it is over a quarter mile back to the condo hauling chairs and beach paraphernalia back. Plan on an extended period to get anywhere due to the golf cart and pedestrian traffic on 30A. Condo was nice and well equipped. Convenient parking and good onsite facilities (pool, pickleball courts, grills)

The people I spoke with were super helpful and made our stay easy and hassle-free. The beach is a little bit of a walk, but they have a man who shuttles people to and from the beach in a golf cart who is only a phone call away. Beautiful beach and by far the best stay on the panhandle. We'll definitely be back!
