This rental is for both units in our historic duplex, perfect for a larger group. Each unit is 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath with an Office and Laundry. Please contact the host to be sure your dates are available for the entire property or if you're interested in just renting one of the units.
The home has recently been renovated and decorated by a published Architect and features original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, a decorative historic fireplace, brand new appliances, cabinetry, and custom design features and art throughout.
The main level of each unit feature an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Area - flooded with natural light from the large windows. Each Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner gas range, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and a coffee and tea station. This home was built in 1921 and is in the heart of the Mapleton Hill Historic District, one of my favorite neighborhoods in all of Boulder.
