There is a two car garage and driveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of an open floor plan living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living room sofa folds out to a king size memory foam bed. There is a powder bath in the hall. The second level has three bedrooms including the large primary suite with king bed and large ensuite bath, second king bedroom with an attached jack and jill bath shared with the third bedroom with two king beds. The third level has a fourth bedroom with two queen beds and attached full bath, the bonus room, and the rooftop terrace! This sectional converts to a bed as well. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with fireplace, comfortable seating, and a game of corn hole.
