A perfect place for family gatherings and memory making!

A beautiful four bedroom home with many windows in all rooms w/ views of Snodgrass, Mt Crested Butte and surrounding peaks. Wrap around outdoor deck w/ gas grill. Comfortable casual Colorado decor w/ hardwood floors and speaker system built in for Living Room, Dining Room, sitting area and kitchen.

Main floor features living room w/ wonderful floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV, dining area w/ seating for eight, separate sitting area and enclosed hot tub room (again w/ tremendous views). The modern kitchen off the dining area features a large walk-in pantry and connects to a “mud room” and first floor half bath. The mud room connects directly to the heated garage and is a great place to shed your ski clothes.

The second floor features four spacious bedrooms and a separate large laundry room: Master bedroom provides a king bed, very large walk-in closet, en-suite bath w/ large walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanity. Second Master has king bed, TV, ample closet space and en-suite bathe w/ double vanity and bathtub/shower combo. The Third bedroom has extra long twin beds, loads of closet space and en-suite bath w/ bathtub/shower combo. Bedroom Four provides two queen beds, TV, large closet and separate full bath w/ bathtub/shower combo.

Heated garage w/ 1 available parking spot and large driveway area for additional 3 vehicles.
**Please note the driveway is VERY steep and 4WD/AWD is necessary during the winter months**

House is close to ski base area—1/2 block to shuttle bus stop (for bus to base area or town of Crested Butte) or walk approx 1/2 mile to base area. *New Winter of 2023/2024- Free on-demand shuttle from the front door and drop in the CBMR base area from 7:15am-12:15am

NOTES: No pets. No smoking; approx 2,600 square feet; Spectrum TV and WiFi (and Roku)

Great stay in Crested Butte

We really enjoyed the location, layout (lots of comfortable furniture and space for a larger group, big driveway for parking) and hot tub. While the property is a bit older, it is well-maintained and everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed (including baking sheets, Ziploc bags, cling wrap etc. which is rare) to make a full breakfast each morning. Very convenient to both the ski resort and hiking/snowshoeing trails like Snodgrass.

Amazing place to stay if you are in created butte. Pretty steep driveway, so be sure you have proper vehicle

Amazing cabin near the slopes

Will be booking this property again. Less than 5 min driver to the slopes or use the first tracks app to get a free ride. The cabin has all the amenities, great hot tub with a view. The primary suite is huge.

Fabulous Ski Trip Stay!

We had a group of 10 that enjoyed our stay here for our CB ski trip! The house was so roomy and clean. The hot tub was amazing to relax in at the end of a long ski day. The shuttle made getting to and from the base so easy! Highly recommend and would definitely book again in the future!

Multi family stay from Texas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect and so close to the lifts! We were snowed in one day and were still able to make it to the bus for pick up. With 2 families staying, there was plenty of room for privacy but enough common space for games, dinner ect. The house had everything we needed and the hot tub was perfect!

Walk to Base

My husband and I visited with my mother and four girls (11-14) to ski over New Years. The four bedrooms with dedicated baths were perfect, especially with half bath downstairs. Washer/dryer up very handy. Great to be able to park in the garage. We used First Tracks occasionally (download app for free rides to and from base), but otherwise walked along the rec path to the base in the mornings and back in the afternoons. Tougher walk uphill obv but not bad enough to stop us doing it everyday. The house was dated, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Only thoughts for improvement: The master shower smells strongly of mildew. Not sure if it’s the bench. The house is hard to see from the street and house numbers aren’t visible. It would be helpful if driveway had number where visible. Notes for potential renters: bring your own shampoo/body wash/all toiletries. There are small bars of soap at house, but if you need to get any other toiletries it is strangely difficult unless you go into Gunnison. Stores in Crested Butte carry a very small range of vegan, cruelty free, organic, homemade by nuns products that are $25 for small bottle. You need 4WD if there is snow. We would happily stay again at this property.

Great location and even better house!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was spacious and very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the indoor hot tub is quite possibly the best part. Less than a 5 minute drive to the base of the mountain as well. I will be looking into rebooking this property again in the future, would highly recommend!

A wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this house. It was spacious, cozy, and in a great location. We loved sitting by the fireplace & in the hot tub. There was plenty of room for our group in the large living room area. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect

I hate to rate this new property so well. Aside from a little funky odor it was perfect. If prices don’t skyrocket we will be back. Bring your snow tires and driving skills- driveway is steep but it is super easy access to the slopes. Kids walked to the lift some mornings.
