This new-to-market, 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home will fulfill all your needs for a fantastic vacation! You will love hanging outside by the pool, there is a table and bench inside the pool to sit and cool off with your favorite beverage, and there's a water feature.. an outside bar and lounge area, and a fire pit. Inside you will find an open floor plan and a chef's kitchen with everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal including double ovens. Have fun in the Florida room with another bar, Skeeball, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard, a massage chair, and lots of games to entertain the whole family. The windows in this room accordion open to each side so in cooler weather can be open to the outside screened-in pool cage area letting the outside in.
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? This house sleeps 8 comfortably.. master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the right wing of the house and offer a queen bed and a tv in both rooms. Additional sleeping is offered in the living room with a queen pull-out couch.

Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
