Denna varma och bekväma villa erbjuder en lugn och avkopplande atmosfär. Vakna upp till fågelsång och sol filtrering genom höga tallar. I vardagsrummet finns en vedeldad spis och åtkomst till balkongen. Enheten har just gått igenom omfattande uppgraderingar med ny matta, nya bekväma overstuffed soffa och kärlek sits, nya queen-size sängar och madrasser. Matsalen plats fyra med ytterligare 4 platser vid disken med utsikt över köket. Välfylld och alltid uppdaterade köksutrustning gör det enkelt att laga mat. Kaminen är elektriska, och det finns en mikrovågsugn samt. Gott mot rymden gör det enkelt att laga en stor måltid. BBQ grill finns i det gemensamma området. Det stora sovrummet ligger på huvudnivån med ett badrum. Loftet sovrummet har en privat badrum med dusch. Loftet har takbjälkar och över ser vardagsrummet. Platt-TV, kabel och WiFi. Observera det finns absolut ingen rökning i enheten eller på balkongen. Tyvärr, inga husdjur. Tack för att du förstår.

Where do I begin? There were 35 steps from the outside entry to my loft bedroom. Not a single bar of soap/bodywash, no shampoo, no kleenex, no washclothes, even salt or pepper shakers were empty. The balcony chairs were filthy and one was broken. Plus, it was a very busy road next to the property and you heard cars all day and night. Toilet clogged-the property and unit is at least 40 years old and has never been updated. Wall covering peeling over the stove, wallpaper peeling by the shower. Lockbox is also 40 years old and needs to be replaced, it took forever to get the key! The most I can say it that it was affordable and in a good location. I have lots of pictures!

Overall a good experience. Breakdown below.Good: Excellent location. Good communication from host. Affordable place around Tahoe which is increasingly difficult to find. Place was clean upon arrival. All amenities were functional.Not so good: loft bedroom is sweltering at night during the summer. Fans are provided but still very difficult to sleep up there. Some amenities (hand soap, shower soap and shampoo) appeared to be missing only to be found in cupboards and drawers partway thought the stay. Would’ve preferred those to be put in more obvious locations.

The condo was very clean. Parking was easy. Very close to shopping. The kitchen was well stocked, had everything I needed. Check-in process was very easy. If I go back to incline, I would definitely want to stay there again.

The unit is quiet and cozy, but dark and in need of cleaning and repair. There was a large black carpet stain at the bottom of the stairs. The bath mats need laundering and the downstairs bathroom fan grille needs cleaning, as do the floor fans. The downstairs shower had an empty shell of a soap dispenser, leaving guests to use the hand soap gel on the counter or bring their own. The bath fan heat could not be shut off at one point because the timer was not functioning correctly. The downstairs bed was comfortable; pillows not so much. The kitchen smelled and there weren’t any medium sized bowls (e.g., for cereal). Otherwise, the unit is located close to town and was okay value for what it was.

Great location for a ski vacation at Diamond Peak. Comfy and realxing enviroment. Host was very communicative and easily accesible if we needed an answer or info. Will rent again!!!

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and Ann was an excellent host - very responsive and courteous! The property was perfect for our trip and ideally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Place to Stay in Tahoe

We had a wonderful time in our greatly situated condo! It had everything we needed to make our first trip out to Tahoe perfect! Our host super responsive, quiet neighborhood, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Within 30 minutes of close beaches to swim ad 10 for nice hikes! Great place to stay - thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tahoe! The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently situated near everything we needed—restaurants, groceries, and the lake. Communication with the owner was excellent; they were responsive, friendly, and made the check-in process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect location, great value!

Easy check-in, unit exactly as described, host was quick to response and was kind enough to allow us to store a few items in the refrigerator when we arrived early. Would stay again!

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very convenient for skiing at Diamond Peak. There is a shuttle stop very close by.

Condo was great. Perfect for two couples or I am sure a family of 4. Loft bedroom is super nice and spacious with its own bathroom. Easy parking and well marked condo numbers. Host was super communicative and sent us directions, parking pass and all info needed a few days before our stay.
