This was a great place for our family to stay for the weekend. Several of the rooms had ensuites, giving our adult children privacy. So close to the beach, and the rooftop was amazing.

Had a fantastic stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Island Oasis. The proximity to the beach and restaurants plus the amazing family area were great. That deck on the roof is absoutely unbelievable, I never thought it could be that great. I will definitely come back to this home as I loved everything about the place. Thanks for sharing your incredible place with our soccer team.

Fantastic place and location!

Fantastic place and location! The house had plenty of room for all 18 of us during a soccer trip. The beds were cozy and the kitchen well stocked (griddle and crock pot included). We loved the rooftop views. The Sea Breeze team was very responsive to our needs throughout the entire stay. The beach is essentially across the street and the sunsets are breathtaking. Grocery and pharmacy are a mile away. The Ugly Grouper is a fantastic restaurant option.

Family stay in AMI

The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and location was great. A second refrigerator would be a great addition fir a house of that size. Furniture was comfortable and ample seating for all of us. There was am ant issue in the kitchen and around the pool. Overall, it was great and would go back again.

Property was very clean and new. It took a long time to remember where everyone's rooms were because both floors look exactly the same. There are A LOT of stairs. Did not like that they placed the kitchen/FMR at the top level. I had the master under the kitchen and the noise was unbearable. The pool and hot tub never heated as advertised and we called every day about it. Someone came out each time but never fixed it. Lots of problems with the doors and bathroom vanities drawers not closing properly or at all. The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. We had 16 people and all fit well without feeling on top of each other. I do feel for a house the size they should have bigger couches for everyone to be able to sit. There were a few guests that complained about the mattresses being very uncomfortable. There was no shower outside to rinse the sand off, so we were constantly having to sweep all floors from the sand. Overall, it was a great stay. They just need to tweak a few things and get the pool and hot tub working like advertised.

Recommended for big groups!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Island Oasis property. SeaBreeze customer service was fantastic delivering quick resolution. We hosted our whole family - filling all 8 rooms. The kitchen is large and there was plenty of seating between the stunningly large marble countertop and the long table with benches. The rooftop was so relaxing, its neat to be able to see the Gulf and the Bay at the same time. 5 min walking distance to an easy beach access! Would recommend to others with large family.
