Arizona living at it's finest. This home has been completely remodeled. This is our home and we live here when not rented. It's a travelers dream.

This is the perfect location for Super Bowl 2023, Spring training, Barrett Jackson and Waste Management Golf Tournament. Close to fabulous restaurants and shopping.
The Houck home is the perfect vacation oasis when visiting the Phoenix area. This recently remodeled home offers all the amenities for your next Arizona Dream vacation.
The house is equipment with a total of 4 SMART TV's with You tube TV included along with Netflix.

Do you need to work while away from home, this is the perfect place. We offer a fully functional office for 2 people. We have wi-fi printer with hi-speed internet. You will find a large SMART TV for your enjoyment.
Our home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families with teenagers. This home isn't good for kids under the age of 12. The pool isn't enclosed inside the yard.
The home is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood located off 101 freeway and within 2 miles to 51 freeway and within 1 mile from the 1-17 to Sedona, Prescott and the Grand Canyon. Her are some other great areas:
