Exclusive Clearwater Beach House-80 steps to sand- quiet residential area!

A rare coastal retreat just steps from the sand.
Set directly beside the beach, this beautifully renovated single-family home offers the kind of Clearwater lifestyle people dream about — effortless, elegant, and centered around the water. Here, the beach is not a destination. It is part of everyday life. Morning walks on the sand, spontaneous swims, sunset strolls, and quiet evenings with the ocean breeze all begin just moments from your front door.

Designed for families and couples who value comfort, privacy, and a truly special location, the home offers 2 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 private offices — ideal for relaxed getaways, extended stays, or remote work by the coast. Inside, bright living spaces, upscale finishes, and thoughtful renovations create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.

The outdoor spaces make the home feel like a private beachside escape: coffee on the porch before the day begins with a beach view, lunch after the beach, dinner on the back patio, and sunset drinks as the sky turns gold. With a grill area and fenced yard, there is room to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together in complete comfort.

Tucked on a quiet street just minutes from Clearwater’s best restaurants, shops, attractions, and entertainment, this home offers the best of both worlds — peaceful coastal privacy and immediate access to everything that makes Clearwater so loved.

For those seeking more than a place to stay, this is a home where the beach is beside you, the sunsets are yours, and every day feels like a private Florida escape.

Great home and excellent owner. Home is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation located in a quiet residential neighborhood just steps from the beach. Yet, you are close enough to drive or walk to the more tourist areas of Clearwater Beach and all of the shops and restaurants. We look forward to coming back next time we are in the area.

Outstanding host and incredible stay in Clearwater Beach!

Zofia, our host, was incredible. She met us upon arrival and continued to check in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed to make our time at her home more enjoyable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home at the beach.

Sunny and Relaxing

This was an outstanding location to call home base during our time in Florida. Super easy to access from the airport, super easy to access the beach, and endless opportunities to wander and enjoy the sights, food, and beverage while still having quiet and relaxing evenings. Sophia was a wonderful host that provided everything we needed for a memorable stay!

Excellent property and location - 5 stars !

Everything was superb. The property and amenities are absolutely as described, the photos do not do the property justice. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach and a pleasant stroll into the centre of Clearwater Beach. Sophia was a great host, only a call or a message away if we needed anything or had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again in the future.

Everything was great! Sophia was a great host! She was very helpful. The place is spacious , clean, and just a few steps to the amazing beaches. We were able to see dolphins almost everyday, found plenty of seashells, sand Dollie’s etc. short drive to all of the shopping , restaurant, and of course world famous Peir 60! Really great 6 weeks

We've been going to Clearwater Beach for 6 weeks, every summer since 06 and have stayed in several different homes up and down the beach. This house was great for our family of 4 and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Sophia was very kind, attentive, and easy to work with. Her home was just what we needed and we were so sad to leave. We are planning on going back next summer.

Unique home away from resorts and crowds

Sophia was very friendly and checked in politely after the booking, before our arrival, and during our trip. There were some nice touches when we arrived and the home was clean. It's across the street from an access point to the white sandy beach, and it's walkable to restaurants and shops. There's a lot of construction noise from the rebuilding after the recent hurricanes, but that's all of Florida right now. The 2 main bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the 2 main showers were nice. The main living area is open and homey, the kids liked the big TV and enjoyed looking at the shells in the front yard. Overall it was a great home base for our trip!

Perfect amazing vacation

Sophias home is nothing more than perfect for a wonderful vacation. From the moment you enter her house you know youve made the right choice. The house was immaculate, every accommodation was there for what you needed. I absolutely love her place ,very spacious, decor was awesome. Every member of my family was more than happy with her home. When we arrived there were even drinks in the fridge which was perfect as we got settled in.Her home is closely situated to stores, and plenty of places to visit while you are there. And then there's the beach. Directly across the street,so beautiful. The area her home is in is very beautiful and we met alot of the people that live there. It was just an awesome vacation.Sophias communication with us was more than pleasant,,guarantee you, if i would have had the chance to meet her there would have been the brightest smiles and tight hugs. Til next time Sophia😘

Interrupted stay

The property was great - just what we wanted. Unfortunately we had only been there two days when the hurricane arrived.Initially we were told by the owner that it would be ok to stay, but the alarm alert told us to leave which was just as well as the island was shut down and all power gets turned off. The hurricane hit the area badly. When we suggested getting a refund for the 8 unused days, we were told we would get 2 free days next time. Not impressed with the wrong information or the attitude. We would have been in danger had we taken her advice and stayed.Shame as the property is in a great location but also didn’t have a hot tub as described. Ended up out of pocket as had to pay for alternative accommodation on the mainland for the remainder of our holiday.

Lovely Home in Excellent Location

My wife and I spent most of February-March, 2023, in this beautiful home and can say that the pictures and writeup of the property are 100% accurate. The spotlessly clean, non-smoking, home has been completely modernized with a recent quality renovation and is in a wonderful location just 2 houses from the access path to the beach. The open floorplan, lovely decorating and abundance of windows makes for a delightful Florida style environment. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The gardens both in front and back are lovely and provide an abundance of seating arrangements. Because the waterfront home across the street has see through garage doors both front and back, you can actually enjoy the sunset from the front garden of the home. This neighborhood of high end homes is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Sophia was just wonderful to deal with. She and her husband met us upon arrival and made us feel like they was welcoming a family member. They even left us some wonderful local food and refreshments! Throughout our stay Sophia checked in regularly to see if there was anything else they could do to enhance our stay. Both this property and its owners are truly delightful! Terry & Dawn Matchett

Growing up in Europe (long, cold winters.) Maybe that is why Florida feels magical to me - the sunshine, the ocean breeze, the palm trees, and the feeling that life slow down near the water.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I want to share Clearwater Beach best feelings with my guests - peaceful retreat where everyone can enjoy the beauty of the beach, gulf and spectacular sunsets 80 steps from the house.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Location and rare combination of beachside beauty, comfort and peaceful convenience. The beach is just 80 steps away, making moning walks on the sand. From the porch guests can enjoy beautiful views of golden sunsets. The home is located in the quiet, relaxing neighborhood, yet still very close to local cafes, restaurants and shops. No car needed. You will have the house that is very bright and filled with natural light, creating warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in ....
