Det är den du har drömt om !! Ljus, modern och bedårande stuga belägen i det lugnare norra avsnittet av Clearwater Beach, bara 50 steg från trottoarkanten till sanden, men ändå inom gångavstånd till alla fantastiska Clearwater Beach-attraktioner, inklusive restauranger, butiker, barer och fantastiska pir 60.

Sedgwick-stugan har ett fullt utrustat kök med lantbrukarvask, underbara bänkskivor i kvarts och rostfria vitvaror, med underbara kikar i viken genom nästan varje fönster, såväl som från din privata däcklandning. Nya träkorniga keramiska golvgolv överallt. Sovrummet är ljust upplyst och har en queen size-säng, platt-TV och gott om lagringsutrymme. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa för ytterligare gäster. Denna stuga rymmer 4 - max antal gäster är 4. Badrummet är trevligt och stort med badkar / duschkombination. Parkering på plats.

Sedgwick-fastigheterna inkluderar totalt 2 sovrum / 2 badhus framför (upptagen heltid) ... DETTA, 1 sovrum / 1 badstuga på baksidan av huset ... och den fristående strandstudio, också på baksidan av fastigheten. Detta är en gammal Florida-fastighet från 1925 som har omvandlats till en av de finaste bostadsfastigheterna på stranden.

Utanför hittar du en tropiskt anlagd innergård med BBQ-grill och mjuka sittplatser, tillsammans med det tvånivå "trädhusdäck" som erbjuder fin utsikt över viken. Gården och däck delas av gästerna på stugan och Beachstudio, liksom gästtvättstugan som nås utanför däck.

Nice and quiet, great location to the beach probably only 150 feet to the beach entrance. Short walk from the cottage to food and shopping.

Honeymoon 2025

We came here for our honeymoon. The cottage was perfect for us, very clean, kitchen was well stocked. It was a two minute walk to the waters edge. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come back and stay in the same cottage or another with the same owner!

Beautiful place and amazing location!

The property is just as described in the listing and the owners are very responsive, helpful, and kind. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and all amenities are just as described. This cottage it literally 40 steps away from the beach (that was our favorite part!!!) and it is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) of anything you will need to get to on Clearwater Beach. We loved the cottage and can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything Rob & Andrea!

Fabulous cottage!

We had a wonderful time at Sedgwick Cottage. Perfect location to the beach and local restaurants and attractions! Fully stocked with everything necessary for wonderful stay!! Sunsets on the beach were incredible only steps away! Would definitely book this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is roomy, nicely decorated, well appointed and comfortable. It’s down the block from beautiful Clearwater Beach, so we were really happy here. We’d definitely stay here again. Owners are responsive and lovely.

Best VRBO we ever stayed at. Spotless clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent location. Literally, steps from the best part of the beach. Just far enough away from the crowded areas of CW Beach, walkable to everything, cozy and charming place.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay with this host. Another great stay. They are easy to communicate with. Our cottage was adorable. Stocked with everything you could need from kitchen to beach. Short walk to “ feet in the sand”. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage near Clearwater Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed. Just 100 steps to the beach! Loved the sitting area outside and visiting with our very nice neighbors who stayed next door in the studio. We just parked the car and walked to restaurants.Would definitely stay again sometime.

Great location, remarkable hosts

Perfect cottage location for our return visit in quieter area of Clearwater Beach that is just steps from the beautiful beach, yet walking distance to all the restaurants, a great Recreation Center and library, and Pier. Super responsive hosts that go above and beyond. Very clean, nicely appointed, well stocked, beach supplies and convenience of laundry - everything you need. Thank you for a nice, relaxing and warmer winter getaway!

Winter getaway

Our two weeks in Sedgwick Cottage was enjoyable. Just wanted some warm weather and to catch a few Phillies preseason baseball games and get to the beach. All went well, meeting friends and getting together for a few meals.

Absolutely 5 STAR Super-Hosts!

This was our second visit to the owner's properties and we absolutely loved the experience. This one is located less than 50 feet from the beach and came with all of our beach needs including a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers. We were also just footsteps from Mandalay strip for great food and shopping. We would definitely recommend any of the 3 units that are available with this property. All are updated and luxurious. Beautiful property and location and wonderful owners who are located in town.

Perfect Honeymoon for Homebodies!

My new Husband and I are beyond words thankful and blessed to have spent our honeymoon here. We aren’t into a bunch of planning things and constantly going, this cottage was perfect to simply enjoy each others company as newlyweds. The access to the beach was perfect, the beach gear we were able to use was extremely helpful to make for the best trip ever! 100/10!

Just a few steps to the beach

The cottage is just far enough away from all the activity that it is quiet but close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The back decks and patio are relaxing and very pretty. The cottage was well stocked with spices, paper towels, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker and more. The hosts, Andrea and Rob, are very responsive and friendly. The cottage itself is very pretty and well maintained.

Clean & Cozy Beach Cottage

My husband and I stayed at the Coastal Boutique Cottage for our 20-year anniversary and had a wonderful time! The cottage was very clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and only steps from the beach. Several restaurants and shops were also within walking distance, so it was really a great location. I loved the decor too! The owners provided plenty of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. And, although we did not do much cooking, the kitchen supplies were well-stocked. We definitively recommend the cottage for a couples getaway and hope to return someday! Many thanks to the owners!

Rob & I both grew up in California. I'm from the small coastal town of Santa Cruz. Rob grew up in Whittier, outside of LA. We met at an Anaheim Angels baseball game, eventually got married, moved to Atlanta & raised two kids. Before we knew it the kids were grown, flew the nest & we decided to leave the corporate world and live in Clearwater full time. We are restoring another Old Florida home and are excited to manage & host these wonderful properties to visitors from all over.

The Sedgwick properties have an ideal location at the north end of the beach. It is quieter than the main section of beach, yet close enough to walk to all of the shops, restaurants, marina & pier. The house, cottage & studio are only a 30 second walk down to the sand. Guests who have stayed at our properties have all commented on how close it is to the beach, the convenience of having everything available to them, the parking, the cleanliness, and the relaxing atmosphere.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Rob & I bought this property in November, 2015 and spent the next 8 months fully renovating the house, cottage & studio from top to bottom. When we found this property we fell in love with the location and architectural style of this 1925 house. The renovation was a huge undertaking but this is what we love to do. Our goal was to create unique & memorable experiences for guests visiting America's #1 beach. Sedgwick Cottage is truly one-of-a-kind...you won't find anything like it!
