Enjoy this exquisitely renovated bright & spacious condo, boasting a brand-new kitchen, luxury bathrooms, new flooring, etc. etc. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a 5-star experience. Elegantly decorated in a contemporary style, furnished to accommodate 4. The fully equipped kitchen & modern bathrooms are perfect for any stay, long or short. A dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi provides for remote working needs. The beautiful screened-in wrap-around lanai, complete with water and fountain views, expands the living space to the outdoors.

A recent example: "Nicest (condo) we've ever rented - upon arrival we were welcomed with a handwritten note, box of cookies & chilled water in the fridge! Immaculate & Beautifully updated with newly renovated kitchen, baths, floors & decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with ample dishes, flatware, glasses, endless selection of cooking/serving tools, anything you could possibly need in addition to some coffee, sugar, dish soap, paper towels & laundry detergent. Huge wrap around screened porch with a fountain view, one minute walk from the community pool & large bedrooms with substantial walk in closets. New Bathrooms had ample towels, soap, shampoo & cleaning supplies/equipment for longer stays. There was even an adorable bar cart, an iron, Keurig, beach towels, chairs & umbrella. Owner Carmel was lovely, responsive & attended to every possible detail before we arrived... thank you so much, we will definitely be back!"

We are Carmel & John and live in the heart of the PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, just a few minutes from this property. Thank you for checking out our listing! This is one of 4 fully furnished short and long-term rental properties that we own & manage here in PBG. Each unit has its unique style while being renovated with consistent high quality and luxury in mind. Our singular goal is to provide an exquisite experience for the discerning traveler.
We love all that this location has to offer. So many golf courses (public and private); tennis & pickleball; beautiful walks along our stunning beaches; exquisite restaurants (the photo was taken at one of our favorites on the Intracoastal Waterway!); shopping galore; so many activities for families, etc.,etc..
We have had the pleasure of hosting wonderful guests from near and far. Our vacationers have travelled from as far away as Sydney, Australia and London, England! Some came for baseball training and some to visit family. We welcome so many of our guests who love to escape colder climates for Florida's beautiful winter warmth and sunshine. And then, our local guests have found our properties to be the perfect refuge when displaced by their own home building, renovation, or relocation plans.
Whatever your reason to visit Palm Beach Gardens, if modern relaxing luxury is your goal, you have found that property! No ifs, ands, or putts!
