The place was amazing. From the cleanliness to the preparedness. The house had video games board games foosball and a great clean pool. The place had everything and more. Couldn’t ask for a better host. 5 star stay for sure.

Excellent choice for a family!

This property was fantastic. Plenty of room and amenities for all. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some easy meals. Pool was clean and warm. The whole property was well maintained. Would definitely book here again.

Spring Getaway

This property had everything we needed for kids and adults. Conviently located close to groceries, beaches, entertainment and airport. We felt safe in the neighborhood and everyone we encountered in the community was friendly. The heated pool for no extra charge was a huge plus! The supplied beach supplies also made outings stress free. Shannon the host was quick to respond to any questions. We hope to come back and explore more in the future!

Weekend stay

The house was just what we needed for our stay in Florida. Lots of seating areas and a great outdoor pool and patio. The home owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and contact. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The best place I ever stayed in Florida!!!

Can’t say enough kind words about this home and the host!! The host was so nice, always making sure we had everything we needed! The location was perfect, a five minute drive to the beach! The home was so clean and spacious! The pool and backyard were AMAZING!!! I would recommend this place to everyone, can’t wait to come back!!!!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. We did have a little hiccup, but it was address as soon as possible and it was nothing that could be foreseen. Shannon was a great host and easy to work with. My family would choose to stay here again.

Fantastic Home!

I stayed here with my college age kids and their friends for spring break and we could not have asked for a better house. Shannon was very responsive to any issues (slight issue with electrical stuff but not a big deal) and she was extremely helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area!! We loved this place and I would absolutely rent here again!!

Great stay & would stay again!

We had a great stay and were so happy with everything that was offered to us with this rental! The pool was so warm and we were so happy that it being heated was part of the rental (So many other places charge extra which gets expensive and this was a HUGE positive that we didn't have to pay extra for it!). The kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of spices, oils, etc so it made cooking so much easier! The house was spread out so it was great for our group so we could all have our own area. The hosts were great with answering questions and being available for anything we needed! We would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to others!

Perfection

Our family of 6 stayed at this property and absolutely loved it! The house was clean, it was beautifully decorated and the house had all the amenities we needed! We were close to everything and enjoyed a few of the host recommended restaurants. Trips to the beach were a breeze since all beach equipment was provided. We had a blast relaxing in the pool and just hanging around the house. I would highly recommend this property, it truly was perfection and the host attention to detail was unmatched!!

We gathered the family for my dad’s birthday, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool was nice and there was plenty of space to hang out for 8 adults There was a plumbing problem and the owner resolved it in a timely manner.

We loved our stay!

Shannon is a wonderful host and was there to answer any questions that we had. Property is very clean and stocked with many essentials. We spent most of our time as a family in the back family room area. It was great because we could easily sit inside and watch the kids swim. We also loved that the house is away from all the chaos of St. Pete and Clearwater, but an easy drive to both beaches. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. A little gem of a spot, close to a grocery store. High recommend this cozy little home.

Great location/pool & Beach Supplies

We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday with our young adult kids and 3 grandkids ages 3, 5, and 7. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy and house was clean. The pool was great and we used all the pool floaties and toys. The water was almost too warm, but it still felt great! We really appreciated the beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys too. The host was very responsive when we discovered a TV in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working and has someone come and replace it right away. I’d recommend this home to anyone interested in being close to the beach, but with benefits of your own private pool.

Nice house/nice host

When renting this home, one thing I would suggest is check to see what they may already have before you go and purchase the things you need from the grocery store. The kitchen was pretty much stocked with everything you might need like salt and pepper, sugar, napkins, toilet paper, And things like that. If you ever have a question about anything, the host is super quick to get back with you when you text her the one thing I would say is the house is close to the beach but it’s about 5 to 10 minute drive. We all enjoyed our stay!!!!

Great for family get together

We had great time at Shannon’s place. It worked well for our extended family to come together at one place to celebrate thanksgiving dinner with local family members who live near by. Shannon was responsive and we didn’t have any issues. Extra couch spaces came in handy when our young niece stayed over one of the night.

We are midwesterners and fell in love with this area of Florida. The neighborhood is friendly, comfortable, and safe! The area offers a lot to see and do and is just a short drive to the Beautiful beaches that are not overly crowded. We think you will love it too!
