Very Clean and Spacious

This property was immaculate. The house was spacious and had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable too. The only downside was the neighbors had roosters and were quite loud.

We really enjoyed our stay here this past weekend. The house had plenty of space, with a nice fenced-in yard that was perfect for relaxing outdoors. The air conditioning worked great and kept the home very comfortable, even in the Florida heat. The four bedrooms were a good size, and overall the house felt roomy and welcoming.The pillows could be a little better, but the beds themselves were comfortable and we slept well. This is a great spot for families or groups looking for a larger home with good amenities. Would definitely consider staying again! Bernie, the host, was super kind and easy to communicate with, which made the whole stay even better

Overall the house provided everything we needed as a family it was clean well decorated and spacious for a family of 5. We didn't like that the neighbors across the street blocked the driveway and it was challenging to park. They had parked on the street the whole time we were there. Roosters were up early every morning which we are not use to.

Orlando

Our trip was planned to spend time with our daughter. The location of the house allowed us to do this. We were able to go to the beach, Seaworld and shopping. The only problem we had was the temperature in the house. When we left for the day and came back it would be 80 degrees in the house. The temperature would go up in during the night also. I did speak with the owner. The suggestion was to take it off eco. We tried that with no relief. When it’s hot outside I want to be cool when I come in. That was not the case here!

Thank you for staying with us. We apologized for the issues temperature with the AC, however…the AC works perfectly when it is adjusted properly. As we have suggested- leave the AC at the desired temperature. The AC thermostat is called “NEST” It works fine as long as instructions are followed correctly. Rest assured the NEST thermostat works as it should & that there’s no issues with the thermostat. We allow our guests to self adjust the temperature inside the home. The ECO mode can be taken off and the AC can be set up to whatever temperature desired. Again, we apologized for this inconvenience.
