Gå tillbaka i tiden .... upplev den lilla stadskänslan av historiska St Cloud / Kissimmee och bo i ett originalt 110 år gammalt Florida Cracker House. Purple House ligger 10 kvarter från vårt nyrenoverade centrum och 7 kvarter till vår vackra lakefront och båtramper.

Purple House ligger en kort 10 minuters bilresa till Historic Downtown Kissimmee och deras Lakefront.

Undvika livets snabba takt och upplevelse och njut av allt som en liten stad har att erbjuda. Hemmet har 2 sovrum, 2 tvillingar och en full storlek säng. Det finns en kärleksstol som öppnar upp till en enkelsäng och en mycket bekväm fåtölj. Köket är fullt utrustat för att laga mat. Kylskåp i full storlek. Kaffe / te, snacks, vissa frukostartiklar och några drinkar ingår. WiFi och kabel inställd. Det finns böcker och spel, ett skrivbord och kalender med lokala evenemang. Purple House

I recently stayed for 12 days while visiting family. I appreciated being able to have my pets. Very walkable neighborhood and the fenced yard was a real plus. I will note that the yard is used as a walkthrough to another property. Communication with owner was great and the place was very clean. Only negative is that seating in the living room is not the most comfortable.

Our Second Visit

Everything was great and met our needs for our 10 day visit. Our host was excellent and even upgraded some things since our last stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located near the local stores and restaurants. We're looking forward to another visit when in the area! Thanks again Karen!

Our Stay at the Purple Cottage

The cottage was a perfect place for my son and I to stay for his fishing tournament on the lake, which was just a few blocks away. It was clean, and exactly as described in pictures. The host was great and super friendly! She responded to all inquiries quickly, introduced herself to us when there, and accommodating to our needs. Would stay there again.

Purple house

Everything went well. Home was clean and easy to find Windows have curtains but no blinds so the home is a bit dark if you prefer privacy. Other than that minor issue this was a good place to stay.

We really liked the “Purple House”. It was perfect for our family of 4, it was close to many dining options and about 30 minutes from the parks. Ms. Karen was very helpful and super nice. The house is a little on the older side, but has a lot of character. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.

great fishing trip

Me and my buddy stayed for week fishing trip. Great little house. PERFECT 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.. why would you stay in a hotel. Close to Crabby restaurant with super food great shrimp. Karen the host of house was very friendly and helpful. We were late on our arrival and she called to make sure we were alright . Would book again. Cute house and very clean. Thank you for the welcome treats you left for us!

Nice Little House

Everything was good in this Nice Little House and we enjoyed the space during our stay. It was really nice to be able to move around compared to staying in a hotel. The private parking and yard was definitely a plus for us and we felt secure at this location too. A few minor improvements/up grades with the beds and furniture would be a plus and make it an excellent little house. We were overall satisfied with our stay and would visit this Nice Little House again.

Lovely house

We booked last minute and it was very easy. Karen was friendly and communication was great. Dogs were comfortable. Small yard was perfect for late night potty breaks.

Good location for visiting with family in the area

We usually book by a hotel when visiting family in the St Cloud, FL area and this was a much easier option. Super close to out daughter’s house and pet friendly without smelling like pets have been here as I have terrible allergies.

St Cloud stay

Cute house. Small but we knew that when we booked. Nice for a smaller place to have 2 bathrooms. And a fenced in yard for our dog. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Cleaned. Brand new memory foam toppers on bed. Made the bed very comfortable. House is in a neighborhood that is very quiet at night.

Not a stand alone home

Only good for 1 or 2 people. The living room has the only tv and not very comfortable for 2 people.The fenced yard for my dog was a through way for the host and other apartment. I was afraid they might not latch one of the few gated, allowing my dog to escape. Host was very nice.Ad stated no smoking in house. True, but there was no smoking alowed anywhere on the property either.

Short stay in Kissimmee area

We wanted a house to stay in the Kissimmee area that was not a resort. The location was close to attractions. I did picture the house being closer to the historic district that was mentioned on the rental site. The house could use some updates and repairs. Also the tv internet setup was not very user friendly. Owner was very responsive.

Wonderful property and property owner

My stay here was over several weeks. The entire stay, the property owner was respectful, and easy to communicate with on the couple of occasions it was necessary. There is a nice sized smart TV where I could cast all of my favorite streaming apps and a couple of different comfortable recliners to enjoy time watching it. The house is cozy, which I liked, but the kitchen is spacious, which was a nice surprise. Laundry units were very efficient as well. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice cozy place to stay in St. Cloud to definitely give this place a try! Almost, forgot, it is super pet-friendly, if you have your own personal fur babies it’s truly a perfect place to stay.

Not for us.

Host and check in process was great. House is clean. Neighborhood is somewhat decent. However, I take responsibility for not looking closer at the pictures. This house is not set up for me and my 2 adult children to enjoy a movie. The furniture is not comfortable nor is it set up in a manner to view the tv. The beds, although clean with fresh sheets, were not comfortable. We rented this home to go fishing during the day and to enjoy time together watching movies in the evening. Not comfortable for my family. I would recommend taking a closer look at the pictures before reserving. Tv trays as night stands, and t-shirts as outside cushion covers are just a couple examples of our disappointment for the price.

This beautiful clean older home has all your needs for simple living; Large fully stocked Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, couch, recliners, peaceful quiet location, outside sitting area under roof. A short walk to our lakefront or downtown where you can find restaurants, bars, night life, shopping, swimming.
