Gulf views, pool and hot tub, walk to quiet beach!

Fort Morgan is about 20 minutes by car west of Gulf Shores. It is very quiet and peaceful in this area and you should find the beaches far less crowded than in nearby areas.

There are a few nearby options for restaurants and groceries but most of these amenities are located in Gulf Shores (20 minutes away). There is one restaurant and bar that is across the street called Tacky Jacks that is certainly walkable as well as a few other small dining options and markets that are 5-10 minutes by car, but everything else is in Gulf Shores. The trade off for this is the peace and quiet on our beaches!

Please be aware that on-site parking for one car is included but additional cars will be $35 per vehicle per stay and will be a separate charge (not included on initial rate quote as it cannot be built this way).

Cancellation policy: guest receives 97% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; guest receives 47% refund if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before arrival; no refunds within 15 days of arrival. Due to how our property management software collects payments there is a 3% credit card processing fee that we have to pay which we cannot get back under any circumstance. We therefore must retain 3% of your payment (even if your reservation is over 30 days out) to cover this charge. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

We also want you to be aware that we have a noise monitor installed inside the condo. This device only monitors volume - it does not record anything, either audio or video, and we cannot listen in to hear anyone. These devices are encouraged by companies such as VRBO as party deterrence devices. It also helps protect you - in case things get a little loud there we get an alert and can let you know before management gets called by a neighbor. The management at the Indies is quite strict and if they decide to evict any renters due to noise complaints and violations there is nothing we can do about it.
