2 adult guest passes to community center will be provided, children 7 and under are free. These passes allow access to the pools, hot tubs, basketball court, tennis court, game room, gym, restaurant and bar at the community center. Additional passes available for purchase at the community center desk.

There are 4 security cameras outside the home that actively capture video/audio. One camera is located in the back yard, a 2nd camera is located by the garage door that captures the front of the house, and a 3rd camera is located on the side of the house. Doorbell camera with video/audio also installed.
