GÀst kommer att upptÀcka att Dubuque Lane Guest House har stÀmningen i en B & B med avskildhet i en home away from home. Dubuque Lane Guesthouse ligger pÄ Mill Street ligger tvÀrs över floden bron frÄn Winooski och en mil och en halv frÄn centrala Burlington. Vi ligger inom gÄngavstÄnd till restauranger och nattliv, University of Vermont, St Michaels College och Fletcher Allen sjukhuset. En mil frÄn flygplatsen och vackra Lake Champlain. Trettiofem miles frÄn de mest spektakulÀra skidÄkning pÄ östkusten. En kort och en halv och en halv bilresa till Montreal Canada.

Perfect in every way! Whimsical yet so very comfortable. Jennifer thought of just about everything to make our stay wonderful. Her thoughtfulness to detail takes this unit up a notch in our opinion. If we return to Burlington, we would definitely want to stay here.

Great spot on the river with lovely views

Spacious studio with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful garden and property. Comfy bed. Lots of natural light. Lovely to walk into town center for coffee and meals.

This sweet little guest house was exactly what we were hoping for. It’s centrally located, the owner is lovely, fabulous art on every wall, and we could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. We’d stay here again in a minute.

We loved the guest house and enjoyed our stay. The house is incredibly clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. It was well stocked with kitchen items and towels, etc. Bed is super comfortable. The host, Jennifer, makes the house very comfortable for guests including extra touches like breakfast goodies to start your day. I would definitely like to return. Also, house is walking distance to several restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants& shops in Winooski just over the bridge from Dubuque House. Also easy access to UVM, Church Street, Essex and interstate. Jennifer was a fabulous host and made us feel welcome. The space was wonderful with windows on both sides (view of river was nice!), comfortable bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, and a/c that kept the space very comfortable. Covered parking off street was a bonus. We enjoyed the fun artwork and photographs that make this VRBO special!

As promised

Two adults staying for a three day weekend. Parking a car under the carport was great as there was some rain during the stay. Check-in was a breeze and the rental was clean and inviting, just as pictured. Walking distance to brewery and nice restaurants - 10/10 - would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as advertised
 My wife and I love the location to all the great restaurants in the area to the local walking and bike trails and especially to the board room next-door
 We enjoyed every minute of this wonderful place and would definitely come back in the future.

A Wonderful Stay in Burlington!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cozy studio guest apartment. The decor and paint choices gave good vibes. The hosts were fantastic as well, we'll definitely stay here again!

What a lovely spot!

My friend and I had such a great time staying here — it’s one of the rare stays that is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything was spotless, Jennifer was very helpful with questions about excursions in Burlington, and we loved the location.

Perfect for us

My sisters and I absolutely loved staying at The Guesthouse! It was the perfect place to come back to after some bike riding, shopping and sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed the artwork, gardens and cat! We hope to come back!

Charming and comfortable guest house!

We had a wonderful three night stay at the guest house. We were warmly greeted by our host and Tootone the cat. We enjoyed being able to walk easily into Winooski, as well as up the hill into Burlington. Highly recommend!

Loved the room and the location.

The room was beautiful with great artwork everywhere. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go all week. The parking in the car port was so convenient. Loved everything about this place. Will be back.

Fantastic stay and fantastic hosts!

Jennifer and Greg were the perfect hosts. We were in Burlington for the weekend to run the marathon and they had fresh fruit, yogurt, milk and granola waiting for us! The place was adorable and comfortable for the three of us. Cute area by the river and walkable to everything. Our first time to Vermont, but definitely not our last!
