Jennifer and Gregg have a great rental! Very clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need and more! Love the bathrobes and so glad they had a French press! Definitely did not miss having a tv with so much to do and see right in Winooski! Don’t miss the nature trail along the river! Quaint little garden! Perfect location for visiting the Burlington area! Would definitely stay here next time we plan another visit!

The apartment was very clean, and well appointed. The host provided yogurt, fruit and granola so I was able to have light breakfast each day. Parking under the carport was provided - I felt so at home. The location was perfect. I was able to walk to local restaurants just across the river in Winooski. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as the listing says. It was the touches that made the difference. Sealed milk, yogurt, granola, coffee all locally sourced and excellent. Out host has a partnership with Lunaroma, a local place where you make your own scents and soaps. So everything was custom made there! Lastly, the proximity to all things Burlington and Winooski can't be matched!! 100/100 will definitely be back!!!

We are so happy we found this VRBO in Burlington! It’s perfect for 2 people and a great location. Very clean!!! Very thoughtful hosts from fresh tulips to some easy breakfast items (so delicious, thank you!). And right next door to the Boardroom, a board gamer’s treasure trove! We would easily book a trip here again. Thank you!!

The guest house is very comfortable and in the perfect location to drive around Vermont. We got everything we needed during our stay and it was very kind of the hosts to supply some basic fruits and drinks for a morning start. It is nicely maintained and secure. We would stay again!

This sweet little guest house was exactly what we were hoping for. It’s centrally located, the owner is lovely, fabulous art on every wall, and we could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. We’d stay here again in a minute.

A Wonderful Stay in Burlington!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cozy studio guest apartment. The decor and paint choices gave good vibes. The hosts were fantastic as well, we'll definitely stay here again!

Great Place!!

The property was just as advertised… My wife and I love the location to all the great restaurants in the area to the local walking and bike trails and especially to the board room next-door… We enjoyed every minute of this wonderful place and would definitely come back in the future.

What a lovely spot!

My friend and I had such a great time staying here — it’s one of the rare stays that is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything was spotless, Jennifer was very helpful with questions about excursions in Burlington, and we loved the location.

Great spot on the river with lovely views

Spacious studio with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful garden and property. Comfy bed. Lots of natural light. Lovely to walk into town center for coffee and meals.

Perfect in every way! Whimsical yet so very comfortable. Jennifer thought of just about everything to make our stay wonderful. Her thoughtfulness to detail takes this unit up a notch in our opinion. If we return to Burlington, we would definitely want to stay here.

As promised

Two adults staying for a three day weekend. Parking a car under the carport was great as there was some rain during the stay. Check-in was a breeze and the rental was clean and inviting, just as pictured. Walking distance to brewery and nice restaurants - 10/10 - would definitely stay here again.

Perfection

My sisters and I absolutely loved staying at The Guesthouse! It was the perfect place to come back to after some bike riding, shopping and sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed the artwork, gardens and cat! We hope to come back!

Charming and comfortable guest house!

We had a wonderful three night stay at the guest house. We were warmly greeted by our host and Tootone the cat. We enjoyed being able to walk easily into Winooski, as well as up the hill into Burlington. Highly recommend!

Loved the room and the location.

The room was beautiful with great artwork everywhere. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go all week. The parking in the car port was so convenient. Loved everything about this place. Will be back.
