"Carnelian Bay Chalet"
Located halfway between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, just 20 minutes from any of Tahoe's downhill resorts or less than 2 miles to a public beach, this lovely tri-level mountain home that sleeps 6 adults + 2 kids comfortably with decks off each level and a bonus room stocked with games; sure to be the perfect getaway for your next adventure.
Located on the top floor, you will find an open living/kitchen area to gather, relax and enjoy. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware and a plethora of handy small appliances like a crockpot, Insta-Pot and Ninja blender. The kitchen features a side-by-side stainless steel fridge with an extra door for easy access to condiments, a deep sectioned sink and three modern high-top chairs at the granite breakfast bar. Tucked in the corner, is a hand-carved dining table with room for eight. The living area has a large television with streaming capabilities and a soundbar plus a huge gas fireplace for those chilly nights. Head out of the sliding glass doors onto a large deck with lounging chairs and a large propane grill.
This upper floor also houses the master bedroom with a new queen bed topped with premium bedding, a large closet and a mounted SMART TV. The slider doors allow access to a large deck overlooking the backyard which may be enjoyed from the oversized hammock (available seasonally). Across the hallway, one will find a full bathroom with a granite and glass walk-in shower with a matching vanity.
Located on the second floor is a bonus room fully loaded for fun by offering a foosball table, games, Smart TV, a mini Nintendo gaming system and access to the third deck. This room also doubles as another sleeping area equipped with a new queen sleeper sofa.
The first (Entry) floor has a spacious mudroom with a bench, two carpeted bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with two full beds and the second room features a comfy queen bed. The bathroom has been remodeled to boast a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower and a separate area for the custom vanity.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-Hot tub is a SEASONAL amenity (available 6/1/24 through 10/31/24 (weather permitting)). It is NOT accessible directly from the house. Must walk outside and around the cabin to access hot tub.
-Fire pit may be covered in snow in winter. Guests may also be required to abide by open flame bans in the summer months due to fire hazards.
-Garage not included in rental however, there is a second driveway that fits 1 RV or 2 mid-sized vehicles.

Permitted Parking Locations: Driveways only. One located in front of the house and another driveway to the left of the house with RV hookups
