Sand Dune Suites is a stunning 4 suite fully remodeled boutique building located on quiet, pristine, and secluded Sunshine Beach, Treasure Island and only a short 5-minute leisurely walk to historic John's Pass Village hosting fantastic unique restaurants and shops. Each suite features new full kitchens stocked with all the essentials, bathrooms, flooring, appliances, furniture, bedding, washer/dryer, etc.

The Pelican Suite is completely remodeled and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is very spacious with a brand-new king bed. The second bedroom has brand-new low bunk beds and is perfect for the kids. The bathroom showcases a beautiful large walk-in shower, ideal for after a long day at the beach. But the highlight of the Pelican Suite is the large kitchen and living room areas, which really cater to guests looking for longer stays.

Sand Dune Suites is rich in history with the property previously hosting some the New York Yankees for spring training in the late 50's and early 60's including Whitey Ford, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra!

We are literally steps from the beach where you can swim in the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, feel the breeze through your hair, the sun on your face, and the sand between your toes. Sunshine Beach is a tranquil and quiet beach boasting some of the best sunsets in the world! Within a leisurely 5 minute walk from Sand Dune Suites you can find many options for parasailing, boat and/or wave runner rental, fishing charters, sunset cruises and tiki boats, bicycle and ebike rental, shopping, dining, etc. Sand Dune Suites is the ideal location to do it all or nothing at all.

Sand Sune Suites has a 3 night minimum with check in at 4pm and check out by 10:30am. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on this property. We have put our heart and soul into completely renovating this property and wanted to create a beautiful place where our guests could create many special memories year after year. We ask that you please treat Sand Dune Suites as you would your own home and we look forward to being your host for years to come.

Beautiful property in a great area!

The property was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The attention to detail and the love they put into making this a great experience was very evident. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was super close to the beach and in walking distance to plenty of food and shops. We highly recommend this property for your next stay in Treasure Island. We will definitely be back! 😊

Superb!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! To start off, I had a problem ahead of our trip. When I reached out to Scott, he was responsive and accommodating. I can’t thank him enough. The condo was beautiful. Every detail has been considered. The check-in and check-out process is seamless. The condo is centrally located and most things were within walking distance. 10/10.

Beach Getaway

We had an great time staying in the Pelican Suite! The booking/check-in/out process was made easy w/the owner-Scott. The property was in a very walkable distance to John's Pass (under 10 minutes). The beach access to the property was definitely the highlight of our trip..owner provided beach chairs, umbrellas, towels for us to enjoy the AMAZING sunsets! Property was new/clean & had a great beach feel. Would definitely recommend!!

10-STAR AWESOMENESS!!

We cannot say anything negative about this location. The owner is very helpful and friendly. He let us check in earlier than our original planned time to check in. This getaway is absolutely stunning! The kitchen has every amenity to offer, cookware, cutlery, etc. The bath was like a spa! Beautiful and meticulate in details. Living and bedrooms also the same. The decor was stellar. The vicinity perfect and access to beach wonderful (plus they have beach chairs, equipment available) You are within access either driving or walking to shopping and restaurants. We will be back soon! THANK YOU!

Perfect Location

Property is new, spotless, very comfortable with the owners having paid particular attention to every detail. Near the ocean/beach and before the Johns Pass bridge makes it great for access to St Pete Beach, Tierra Verde, Gulfport, and Beach Drive (downtown). We had a few quick logistic questions and the response was immediate. We would recommend Sand Dunes without reservation!
