Denna vackra strandstuga är den avgörande Florida Beach House! Kom koppla av och leka på de vita sandstränderna på Treasure Island i Pinellas County. Familjevänlig Sunshine Beach på Treasure Island ligger söder om Clearwater Beach, Redington och Madeira Beach och strax norr om St. Pete Beach / Pass-a-Grille. Njut av vackra solnedgångar på Mexikanska golfen, underbara restauranger och oändliga aktiviteter - många inom gångavstånd eller tillgängliga via den lokala vagnen (vagnstopp mindre än 100 fot bort). Det finns också "gratis strandtur", en lokal tjänst som ger turer för tips. Restaurangerna sträcker sig från tillfällig strand till elegans vid havet. Båtuthyrning, paddle board och kajakuthyrning, put-put golf, museer, parasailing, arkad (för den sällsynta regniga dagen) charterfiske, cykeluthyrning och Treasure Island Beach Trail är bara några av de närliggande aktiviteterna. Spelet Tampa Bay Rays ligger bara 10-15 minuters bilresa i centrala St. Petersburg.

Ligger på västra sidan (stranden sida) av Gulf Boulevard, så inga upptagen gator att korsa för att komma till stranden (inte nöja dig med den östra sidan av Gulf Blvd.)! Tillträde till havsdruvtak på stranden ligger bara några steg från trädgården. Populära John's Pass Village & Boardwalk (restauranger / shopping / underhållning) ligger drygt en kvarts mil bort.

Treasure Island är känd som Floridas sandskulpturhuvudstad och är värd för den årliga Kite Festival & Sport Kite-tävlingen (en av de största i USA). Stranden renoverades ny våren 2018 och är nu enorm! Närliggande flygplatser inkluderar St. Pete / Clearwater Airport och Tampa International Airport.

Excellent location

Beautiful little beach property located practically on the beach. The house had everything one would need for the beach, including beach chairs, a Bluetooth speaker, umbrellas, and a wagon to transport it to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Adorable Florida Cottage!

We absolutely loved this adorable Florida cottage!! It has such a fun beach vibe! Excellent location, very short walk directly to the beach. Close to so many good restaurants and a short walk to John’s Pass. We will definitely be back!

Love this cottage!!!

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again next year! We love the old Florida cottage feel, and the location can’t be beat! Steps to the beach, a short walk to John’s Pass. Stacie, the host, is great! We did not want to leave, and can’t wait for next year!

Great location to beach access

Very quick walk to a beautiful, not over populated beach. Also very close to a John's Pass for food and shopping. The traffic noise was slightly annoying but tolerable.

We loved our 12 day stay in this cottage. Nicely decorated, well supplied with kitchenware and beach gear. Nice parking. Convenient to everything in John’s Pass and the island. Great place.

Great location and convenience

Our second visit to John’s Pass, and will continue coming back. Great beach and entertainment for the whole family. Property is everything you need to enjoy the beach, walking distance to Iohns Pass. Our family really enjoys the area, and this property brought it all together.

Cool Temps, Warm Hearts

Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint cottage. Even with the cooler than normal temperatures during our stay, primarily due to the location, we were able to still enjoy beach walks in sweatshirts and pants and flip flops! The location is close to a vast number of restaurants, bars and places to shop. If you like live music with a cocktail or two, check out Bamboo Beach Bar at the north end of John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, just a few minute’s walk from the cottage.Stacie was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were even able to extend it two more nights in order to take advantage of two last sunny and warm days before we had to head back home to the Tundra of Minnesota. If our schedules and health allow, we will not hesitate to return to this cottage in the future. And God willing! Cheers!

Wonderful stay!

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying here. And I love it every year. The location is perfect - close to beach and John’s Pass. The house has EVERYTHING you need- beach items, shampoo, soaps, towels, paper products. We will be back again for sure. And Stacie is the best, always helpful!

Cute place, a few negatives

Cute little cottage! Very convenient location. There are a few things that would have helped us make a more informed decision had we known in advance. It is located right in an area hit pretty rough with hurricane damage, and all of the public access walks were destroyed, which made beach access a little tricky. Also, we were really bothered by the traffic noise. We live in a quiet neighborhood, and we are not used to such constant noise till about 1am.The bedroom is close to the road. Even with the earplugs provided it was killing my zen. Finally, the bathtub would not hold water, which was a bummer because it was a comfy old school tub. It was a cute place overall .

My wife and I absolutely Loved our stay. The house was Perfect. Just steps from the beach and a short drive to anything you could want. We loved Absolutely Everything about the cottage we stayed in as well as Treasure Island, FL. The whole experience was truly AMAZING. A big thank you to our hosts for allowing us to stay here for the week and for getting back to us so promptly with any questions we had. You all are wonderful. Cozy place with ideal location. Steps from the beach and short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Stacie was very active of getting a repair taken care quickly that popped up. This was our second year staying at this property and it won't be our last.

Owners have lived in the bay area for more than 40 years, and recently purchased this beautiful beach house after looking for the perfect property for years. Beaches and boats are our life, and our kids are following suit. We appreciate and preserve the natural beauty with which we are blessed in our area - and we love a great meal and entertainment.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Location, location, location. Treasure Island is one of, if not the most, beautiful beach on the west coast of Florida. And if you are going to the beach, then stay by the beach! Make life easy! No busy roads to cross to get the the beach. Entertainment, restaurants, bars, surf shops, ice cream shops, and endless activities are all nearby. Very close to famous John's Pass. We have a stop for the local trolley that is only about 100 feet away!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Many lots on the beach side of Gulf Boulevard are quite small - some are only big enough to park a car, maybe two. Not an issue for this beach house. We have abundant paved parking on the back of the property. We also have an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after getting back from the beach. Well maintained with a beach cottage vibe.
