Welcome to Superbia! Enjoy a unique experience at our beautifully renovated, artfully designed luxury villa - centrally located, just 8 minutes from downtown! The living room is equipped with a massive 77” OLED TV, 6 Dolby Atmos Surround Sound speakers & 2 subs for a full theater experience. The oversized backyard is an absolute oasis featuring a hot tub, outdoor dining, BBQ, fire pit & lounge furniture, with surround sound & ambient lighting. You will NOT be disappointed with your stay here!
The space
Located in the HEART of San Diego is our beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathrooms (one stand up shower and one bath&shower) home. Guests have full private access to the entire home and yard. There is no other home on the property (there’s an owner’s shed in the backyard for storage). The backyard oasis has a lounge area with a beautiful gas fireplace, hot tub, outdoor dining area and 2 car gated parking pad. Off street parking as well. Interior/exterior both equipped with solar and LED ambient lighting and surround sound. And yes, the plants are real! We love bringing nature inside to give a fresh and healthy breath of life to our space.

Guests have full access to the entire house and yard.

The owner’s shed is off limits as it is used for storage.

Comfortable Stay

My family and I visited from Arizona and had cozy and clean home to spend the night in. Jodie our host was great and kept constant communication with me.

Lovely home but in wrong area. Easy check in, any questions quickly answered. Downside was the neighbours dogs barking all day.

Wonderful yard - comfy beds- beautiful stay in San Diego!

The property is exactly as advertised. Very lovely furnishings, comfy beds, lots of towels and blankets. The yard is amazing. Lots of room to hang out, a beautiful fire pit, and a hot tub! It was a great home base for all of our adventures. The hosts were lovely and super responsive. The check in process was super easy and they sent helpful photos and instructions all along the way. The location is very central. 10-15 minutes to all attractions (zoo, sea world, etc.). Easy to access major routes from the property. We will for sure stay again.

Fabulous

This property was beautiful and very comfortable. 10 out of 10. We came to California for a family vacation and this property was perfect. We have a 2 and 11 year old the back yard was perfect for them. It has gated parking in the backyard. Easy to unload your vehicle. Backyard was a little paradise. Comfortable and cozy. Amazing communication with the owners. Would definitely recommend this property..

Beautifully remodeled home

This home has been recently remodeled and has lovely contemporary decor. The owners clearly care about this house and it was immaculate. The written instructions were clear for entry, use of speakers and technology features, the hot tub, and the somewhat tricky gate. There is lots of fenced outdoor space for kids to run around. It was a great home for our 3 generation family get away to San Diego. Chris was super responsive, answering questions and addressing any issues we had.

Large Enough For Our Needs

I'll preface by saying there was 6 of us (2 couples and 2 single people), all above 30 and no kids. We needed the place as it was close to Downtown San Diego for the convention (SDCC). There was enough space for us and it was close - getting to the convention center was quick. Less than ideal was some of the other things. If you're driving or using car service, the street is very narrow, made worse by the fact there's cars on both sides of the road. Its two way, but that's almost impossible and at night making the turn was nerve wracking as its essentially a blind turn. Finding the house was easy enough, its about halfway down the block. The front is very nice, though the landscaping is misleading as its not grass, but astroturf (something we didn't remember being seen listed). The backyard was nice and my friends who used the hot tub very much appreciated that and the wide deck to hang out and destress on after a day of running around. The house was mostly in good condition when we arrived - one of the showers however still had a very large clump of hair. Air Conditioning was also hit or miss; the house is not central air conditioning, and only the living room and master bedroom have units within it, the other two bedrooms do not. This caused an issue for one our guests as it got really hot overnight (it was the end of July) in the bedroom. Jodie did try calling me to discuss the situation, though unfortunately we didn't have a time to connect as the days were hectic.

Great home

We had a great stay at the house! We loved the proximity to the zoo and Coronado Island. The neighborhood was overall very quiet. Our 2 year old loved the yard and we loved that it was fenced in so he was safe to run around. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we were all shocked with the care and the extras (like the tv and surround sound) that were put into the house.
