This home will surely satisfy any and all family vacationing desires. Features five BDRMS with two large suites w/ attached BTHRMS. A spacious kitchen w/ centerpiece island. Beautiful views from every area of the house, along with wrap around deck. On chilly nights, cozy up by the mainstay fireplace. This home is the perfect family getaway!

Great location

Chris and his family were wonderful. The house was plenty big and had all sorts of amenities.

Great place

Great cabin in a great location. The cabin was large and spread out, perfect for our extended family vacation. The trampoline & volleyball court were great bonuses and kept the kids busy. Large outdoor fire pit (you do have to bring your own wood but we found a nearby logger which worked perfectly). The cabin was clean and well kept with everything we needed for our vacation.

Pioneer Lake

We all had a great time. As a person who stays at a lot of VRBO properties, there are some improvements that could be made. One item in particular, less personal items in dresser drawers,and personal bathroom items. Mosr people would prefer to unpack, and not live out of a suitcase. That was basically my only suggestion. Other than that, had a great deck, good swimming area, large yard for yard games. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with when questions arose. Had a canoe and 2 kayaks, which were very much utilized. All in all it worked well for our family of 14, 10 adults, 4 children.

Perfect house on the lake.

This house was awesome it truly represented the Northern woods house on the lake. House was clean and ready for us. This house was true VRBO experiance like in the beginning of VRBO. No corporate or rental company bs. It was rented by a family to another family. House was not empty hotel feal like. House had a character. Weoved and enjoyed every minute there. Owner were very nice and always responded to text messages in a timely maner. My family is looking forward to come back in the summer time.

Our family is originally from the Milwaukee area, and purchased this property in Conover, WI in the Mid 80s.
We've been coming up to Northern WI ever since, and thoroughly enjoy all it has to offer.
Glen and Sandy, are the parents, and stay in Conover full time. Chris is the son, and Lori is Chris's wife. They have 3 kids, and currently reside in New Berlin, WI.
We are all avid outdoors people, and enjoy hiking, water sports, winter sports, power sports, mountain biking, basketball, and a whole lot more.

We love the peacefulness of being on Pioneer Lake, the spacious 4 acre lot, and the whole north woods including the Keweenaw Peninsula.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our 250 ft of frontage offers so much privacy and freedom. Our house is spacious, well laid out, and all around pleasant. The location, 8 miles north of Eagle River, is perfectly situated for access to all kinds of outdoor activities. The wrap around deck is one of the best features of this property.
