Located directly on the intercoastal waterway, you can watch dolphins, manatees and birds enjoy their day. The largest pool on the beach provides plenty of deck space to sun and swim. Beach access is directly across the street. The unit itself is freshly updated in a clean and contemporary style.

The Space:
This unit was not damaged during the hurricanes. However, The lower level units and the pool did sustain damages. Pool and lower unit repairs are underway. Construction activites should be expected during working hours. Ask about local discounts for displaced residents and contractors discounts.

This is a small studio apartment. Approximately 325 sq ft. The unit is clean and comfortable with recent painting and some new furniture. Although the interior may be small, it is perfect for a couples retreat or small family getaway.

Indian Shores is the hidden secret of the Pinellas Beaches. We are close enough to the action for a short drive or Uber, but far enough away to get the peace and relaxation you are looking for. Here is a list of Attractions and travel times:

This location is great if you want to do little or no driving. Several restaurants and bars within walkable distance. Less than 2 miles. Public beach trolley has a stop right in front of our building going either direction. For $1, you can get to any of the other beach communities. Uber and Lyft are also plentiful.
