Quiet, relaxing location

A quiet location and so peaceful beside the water way. We saw dolphins in the water which was an added bonus. Pool is huge and clean. Short walk to the beach. Just the right size for 2 people.

Peaceful getaway

We loved staying at this unit in Indian Shores! The beautiful and huge pool, the access to the ocean across the street but most of all the quiet serenity of the intra coastal waterway right outside the back!! I could sit there watching the birds, boats and the occasional dolphin for hours!!Christine is a wonderful host!

Nice place

This rental met all of our needs. It is exactly as described. The only downfall was it has a beautiful pool but it was too cold to use but that couldn't be prevented. We enjoyed ourselves and thanks for letting us stay.

Very Nice short stay

Excellent location on the inter-coastal with beach across the street. Enjoyed sitting at table watching boats cruising down the waterway. Condo had everything I needed. Unfortunately, a cold front came thru while I was there, but there were a couple space heaters on hand to keep warm. There was construction going on in the lower level of building (hurricane recovery) but I was aware of that prior to booking. The owner was quick to answer any questions and great to work with. I would definitely stay again.

Worn out

Place needs a deep cleaning.There was lots of crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Stuff is old and should be thrown out. Didn’t want to use anything in the kitchen. Had to clean when we got there before we started our vacation. Place needs remodeled. Have to open refrigerator door in order to use the oven. 17 broken floor tiles. Location was great

Week Long Getaway

Amazing time

We had an amazing time. The place was clean. It has everything we needed. It was a convenient location. The beautiful beach was right across the street which was not as busy as some of the more popular beaches, the pool was huge and the bay was fantastic to watch dolphins swimming by in the morning. The host was very quick to respond and was very accommodating to our requests. We would certainly come back to stay here.

The View

This is the fourth time that we've stayed at Belleview an each time the stay is more pleasant than ever. The other guest are extremely nice and they remember us every year. We will be back soon.

Perfect place

Very cute efficiency apartment with a great view of the inter coastal waterway and shirt walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need to be comfortable. Quiet complex with nice neighbors. Pool was wonderful!! Dolphins every morning to see swimming by while sitting on balcony drinking coffee. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely little spot across from the beach

I love this rental although not new and fancy it reminded me of my grandparents place growing up in Florida where we had years of fun. The unit Has everything you need and location can’t be beat. And the pool....wow! I hope to be back soon.

Friends Vacation

Spent five days at this condo. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the Dolphins and stingray out in the morning. Loved sitting on the chairs at night listen to water. The condo was clean and in a safe area. Lots to do around the condo. Host was great at answer my question. Can't wait to come back. Already looking at rebooking this coming winter

Sweet Spot

Unit was perfect for me. It was close to where I needed to be and provided all I needed. Being an end unit, the big windows provided refreshing breezes and a wonderful view overlooking the intracoastal waterway. It was a quick trip to the beach and everything I needed it was provided.

Overall condo was just as advertised. To bad we happened to pick the coldest Christmas in years to visit. Small oil heater did little to warm the condo. Really no ones fault, who would have thought it would be as cold as it was? Had a great stay.

Wonderful condo

Some might be put off by the "dated" decor, but my daughter and I found it to be just right and you simply can't beat the price! It is homey, just across from the beach access, and the neighbors who live in the condominiums are so nice! We had an issue with the shower, but it was fixed right away. I saw manatees and dolphins from our balcony. A five-star from me!

Quiet and cozy.

This property was the perfect place for a quiet and cozy stay in Florida. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities needed to set up housekeeping away from home. Even though it was too cool to get into the pool, the pool area was very nice and looked inviting. This property is just steps away across the street from the beach, where we enjoyed the most gorgeous sunsets. All in all, for the price of this unit, it was comfortable and a pleasing stay. Thank you Christine.

Small, but nice location

The condo is small, but with its location, you're not going to want to hang out inside anyways. I had a hard time finding the beach access, but it was great once I figured it out. The Suncoast beach trolley has a stop directly in front of the building ($2.25 per trip or $5 for a day pass) which is super handy to get to both John's Pass and Pier 60. I saw dolphins in the water behind the building a few times. I found the extra blankets to be older and itchy, but everything else was nice.

Nice Area

We enjoyed our stay and the area was nice and safe. It was fun watching all the boats going down the intercostal. However we weren’t impressed with cleanliness in the cupboards and especially the bathroom. The baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in a long while and the shower curtain was filthy, I can’t believe the hosts didn’t replace it before we arrived. I have a picture of the shower curtain, but there’s no place to post a picture here.
