Villas 3 är en utvägssamhälle av individuellt ägda enheter belägna mellan Clearwater Beach & St. Pete Beach.
Anläggningen erbjuder enkel tillgång till många fritids- och fritidsaktiviteter. En vacker plats att titta på de romantiska solnedgångarna. Enkel åtkomst till många närliggande butiker och restauranger inklusive John's Pass Village Boardwalk med över 100 unika butiker. Bekvämt beläget cirka 35 minuter från Tampa International Airport och cirka 90 minuter från Orlando International Airport.

Ta strandvagnen upp och ner på stränderna eftersom Villas 3 har en busshållplats precis utanför. Vi har också uber och lyft bara ett telefonsamtal bort.

Indian Shores Beach är en av Gulfens vackraste stränder och är en perfekt plats för havsälskare! Med ren vit sandstrand, orörda klara blå havet, välskötta trädgårdar med exotiska växter och palmer som alla är omgivna av ett brett urval av naturens vilda liv. En liten strandsamhälle atmosfär, med stora lusthus, s och gratis BBQ-grill för matlagning utanför och underhållande dina vänner eller familj allt medan du slappar av vid den mycket stora privata uppvärmda poolen och uteplatsen som direkt över ser Mexikanska bukten. Använd utsidan gratis lusthus och matbord / stolar bekvämt beläget bredvid grillfest för att servera lunch, middag eller med lite tur färsk fisk fångad direkt från stranden.

Ja Indian Shores-stranden är verkligen en mycket speciell destination och en som lockar besökare året runt från hela världen att besöka och stanna.

Också bekvämt beläget mellan Sarasota och Tampa på västkusten utanför I-275. Det finns flera shoppingmöjligheter samt museer gallerier och butiker.

Kolla in de färska Florida grouper smörgåsarna ... eftersom Johns Pass anses vara det huvudsakliga distributionscentret för den dagligen fångade FRESH Grouper !!

Enhet 311 ligger på tredje våningen och har utsikt över den centrala innergården. Det har ingen balkong eller havsutsikt men det är bara några steg till stranden. Tvättstuga är bekvämt beläget på samma våning bredvid hissen.

Far from the pictures

Unit looks used, only one blanket for 2 beds, air conditioner impossible to adjust, so it's not blowing on your head when you sleep. There were on-going construction on the ground level 7 days a week, 11hrs each day. Dust, noise, no space to park. Closet doesn't have much room for any clothes

Vacation in Paradise

The location was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home had everything we needed & it was such a great location that we really had no reason to even leave the property. The pool was clean, guests were respectful, and the patio with grills was a great hangout for us. We will definitely be back!

Like staying in a DUNGEON

This condo is located in an interior airshaft, four walls surrounded by four walls. There is no exterior view other than looking at the front doors of other condos that face the outside. The garbage shoot for all condos is located on the back wall of this condo, which is the bedroom, so you hear everytime throws their trash in all 77 condos. All 77 condos have access to the ONE elevator. Their is only one Handicap parking space for entire complex. This condo was recently renovated very tastefully BUT no matter how much lipstick you put on a PIG it is still a PIG

Sweet beach retreat!

Robert and Tetyana have been the best VRBO hosts and were most accommodating when I had to reschedule my trip, twice, due to a family illness. Third time was a charm and their sweet little place was so clean, welcoming and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and cooler were all put to good use. The location was absolutely perfect with a beautiful, white sandy beach as you exit the condo. The only thing I did miss was a view out the windows (they open to condo's interior courtyard), but in the end it didn't matter as I didn't spend much time inside anyway. I loved my stay so much, I even extended it a couple extra days. Thank you both for a wonderful trip and you will definitely hear from me again!

Perfect weekend getaway!

The apartment was cute, comfortable, clean, & had everything we needed for the weekend. They even had beach towels, chairs & umbrellas, so no need to bring. No beach view from room didn't bother us at all as we already knew it from the description. Robert was easy to contact & replies right away. Parking is across the street but was not an inconvenience until it was pouring down rain. We had left our umbrella in the room, so that's our fault! Maybe wouldn't recommend to someone who is elderly to cross the street, but it really was not a big deal to me & my teenage daughter. We immensely enjoyed our short stay & would stay again! Can't beat the price for a short getaway on beachfront property.

Awesome vacation

This was our first time to Indian Shores and we truly enjoyed it. Our condo had everything we needed, plus more. The owners were very nice and quickly responded anytime we had a question. It was very clean and the location was the best. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back.

Steps from beach

Description was as advertised. Unit has everything you need for the beach. The property is on the beach. Bus trolley stops are right in front of property. Thanks for having us will be back.

Good stay

Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. The outdoor grills were not ib great condition so we used the stove in the condo. The pool and beach were steps away. We were disappointed the bed was Queen and not king size as advertised.

Steps to the beach is the draw

older building that could use a face-lift. Some parking is across the busy Gulf Blvd. One elevator for 7 floors. One small hand sanitizer in lobby during Covid . Unit was well equipped and very clean but in the middle of the building with a concrete wall view. Area is quiet and drivable to stores etc or 15 min walks to 7/11 !and a pizza shop. If u rent from a private owner they must be contacted for any issues not the on-site office. Older crowd hereby some young ..families . Charcoal grill and small fishing dock that is across the street. Our unit was described properly however I disliked the location in the building.

Clean room

I rented the property so my wife could have a week at the beach before she goes in for back surgery. We had to leave our week long rental after the first day because the bed was hurting her back so terribly that she was unable to sleep. This was no fault of the owner. Given my short stay I can only advise of the room’s cleanliness and that it has all the kitchen utensils you will need for your stay.

RELAXING AND FANTASTIC

The unit was completely clean and everything we needed. I loved our location for there was not much around to be a distraction. The pool and area around it were big and clean. The whole experience was a positive!!!!

Great location, dirty room

I really wanted to leave a good review, but unfortunately I have to let others know so they don’t have the same “buyers remorse” that we did. The property manager is great, very responsive and wants you to have a good time, which is why I’m having a hard time writing a bad review. Let’s start with the room itself. The room was nicely decorated but it was completely disgusting. There were long strands of black hair all over the condo on the floors, the floors were NOT clean AT ALL. Not even the rug was vacuumed. We didn’t even want to take our shoes off, that’s how bad it was. The room looked as if it has never been dusted, even the decor had dust, corners of the walls. Let’s head into the kitchen now, stove was clean thankfully, but not one single dish was clean, (again filled with dust or a film) not one thing matched either, it looked as if everyone who has ever stayed there left a piece of their own dishes. Location is amazing. Walk right from condo to beach and pool. We enjoyed that. Also close to stores and restaurants. We just couldn’t get over the room :( we won’t be going back. We just wanted to make people aware. You get what you pay for.
