this is the 2nd time we have rented this property most of all it was a good stay and very close to the attraction/event we would be attending, the host was GREAT and very quick to respond when needed. PLEASE NOTE if a time is given when the lock will be available for entry make sure you know that the time is for "CENTRAL" and not Eastern Standard Time.

My husband and I stayed with 2 family members from 10/10/26-10/16/26. The place was clean, comfortable and met our needs for our stay. The location was also ideal to visit Pigeon Forge attractions. We only had a couple of issues, the stove burner pans were dirty, I just washed them out. The seats of the chairs on the back patio were ripped and unusable. This was disappointing, since a photo of the seating area is shown, on the site for this property, as a nice place for coffee and relaxing. I would rent again, but would expect these issues to be addressed. Otherwise, a nice property for family.

Everything was fine.. A little disappointed that the chairs were broke on back deck and unable to use. Garbage apparently left from last tenant was on the ground when we woke up and my husband had to clean it up . We assumed it was empty . Other than that it was a pleasure
