Award winning floor plan with a perfect layout for entertaining guests. Some of the features of the home include laminate flooring, quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, under cabinet lighting, gas range, stainless fridge and dishwasher. The living room offers very comfortable leather reeling sofa's with heat & massage. There is an stand up arcade game in one of the guest bedrooms for your enjoyment. Very comfortable backyard with many amenities including a pool, hot-tub, bbq and plenty of seating. The neighborhood is quiet & provides walking paths and access to greenbelt.

Perfect house for your stay in Nampa. Clean and very well taken care of. Nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was closed for the season but would love to come back in a warmer season and take advantage of that.

The property was cleaned and well decorated throughout, which provided a warm and cozy atmosphere. The home is pet-friendly with a well layout backyard with a pool and a jacuzzi.

A very nice rental property, a nice quiet getaway with a nice pool are too relax. It’s newer property in a quiet neighborhood. Quick access to the greater Boise area.

Two couples to be nearby family for Christmas

This is a quiet very well kept newer development. The home is well furnished, with two bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the home, so was very nice for privacy for each couple. The kitchen, dining and living room with large TV and comfy seating had a pleasant open floorplan. The home is very close to a long easy walking path leading to preserved natural areas, including a small lake that normally has many birds.

Adoption day

The place was great, we came to celebrate my daughter adopting her foster son. The place was very nice and we had a nice time celebrating our new addition. The oven didn't work, but we were able to use the microwave and the stove top.

We had an amazing stay at this house. It was everything we expected and much more. I enjoyed the open concept and large kitchen and the kids loved the pool. Very clean and so relaxing. Would recommend 100%. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Nice place

Very comfortable and cozy place. The pool had a leak but it didn’t hinder our use of the pool. I would say down load you check in instructions. Cellular service is not good in this area. No fault of the owner.

We came out to see NPK at Firebird raceway and stayed at this great house! It was clean, relaxing and very accommodating. Kids loved the pool! Would recommend 100%!

Fantastic house and pool

We loved our stay here and the pool and outside space made it one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. Our kids loved swimming all day and we loved all the outdoor seating- not to mention the house itself was very clean and well taken care of. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
