Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Bring the whole family or just relax by yourself in this spacious and stunning home. This extravagant family room downstairs has all the space youâll need and it stays extremely quiet, conveniently located on the bottom floor away from bedrooms. Amazing location just a couple minutes from the movie theater, shopping mall, and the freeway. You can get to the airport in Boise in about 15-20 minutes due to this fabulous location.

Do not park on the street. This is an HOA. Your car will get booted and there will be a $150 fine if you park on the street. Make sure that you only park in the garage and in the driveway.
