⭐️⭐️ Lovely Condo Rental ⭐️⭐️

Despite a few things that could use improvement, we truly enjoyed our peaceful stay. It was a great fit for our family of four and furry friend. Conveniently located within walking distance to Telluride's shops, restaurants, hikes and complimentary gondola rides to and from Mountain Village. AC would have made our stay more pleasant, especially on the third floor where the kitchen and living room are located. The uncomfortably warm conditions made it difficult to fully enjoy our time together in the living space. Locals mentioned it was warmer than usual during our stay (early to mid-June), so this may not be the case at other times. Clear specific parking instructions were lacking, leaving us to figure it out ourselves. Parking was a bit tricky. Street parking is limited to two-hour intervals during the day, and overnight parking is restricted after a specific time. Daytime parking requires using a nearby lot, but overnight parking there isn't permitted. Guests need to move their vehicle(s) each morning and early evenings during their stay. The main reason this review isn't five stars is the lack of response. We tried contacting the management/owner before and during our stay via email and VRBO's messaging platform, as noted as the preferred method of communication, with questions about parking and property conditions, but never received a reply. With all that said, we still would definitely recommend this rental and wouldn't mind visiting again in the future.

Beware

When I booked this place I failed to see the amount of stairs to get to 3 floors. I Quickly cancelled(within a couple hours). as we know Vrbo has Excellent cancellation policy. Well turns out they need More money and are 3rd partying to this guy. Kevin. He has a monopoly in Telluride. He has a hold on most rentals. . My friend found a better fit and rented it. Well ole Kevin got that listing THRU another rental company. Again~. . ZERO CANCELLATION BEWARE. Almost all Rentals are GOING TO KEVIN. NO EXCHANGES, NO CANCELLATION FOR ANY REASON. FORGETABOUTIT. And this place is really rough. Bed in Master is on the floor, it's super soft n uncomfortable and previous guests have complained. That Beautiful fireplace. ~Broken. Hole in Coffee table~. All photographed. I reported no drinking glasses. No response. We drank everything out of coffee cups. I could go on. As a Fellow traveler I felt the need to warn you when booking in that area. Your screwed the minute you hit book. Feel free to trash me Kevin as you promised. You and your UN maintained condo were the Only downfall of our fabulous trip. BEWARE!!!

Great house, be prepared to walk 15 minutes to town.

The house is great, and the setup is perfect for groups of friends or families. However, it is on the very end of town, so be prepared to walk 12-15 minutes to town or ride the Galloping Goose. I hope the Master Bedroom receives a proper bed instead of the current boxspring situation. I am sure it is "in progress!" For what we paid, we really should have had a better bed at the time.
