You’ll love being within walking distance of an array of shops and dining experiences. Head to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier to visit the Ocean Walk Shoppes, Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, and Daytona Beach Bandshell. Then catch a show at Peabody Auditorium or a race at Daytona International Speedway!

Very attentive host

The condo was perfect, as I was traveling alone for this trip. Was located by anything you could need amenity wise. The host was very attentive as I did have trouble with parking and didn’t realize there was a side lot for guests as well and had a few other questions but they had gotten an answer and back to me with no problems. Unfortunately for me the shared laundry on the floor the washer and dryers were all broken so I was unable to do my wash that was my only issue everything else was great!

Great inside. Kinda iffy outside.

The condo itself inside was great. It was very clean and a wonderful view of the ocean. The location was also very nice being close to stores and easy access to anything you need in Daytona but also out of the way from heavy traffic area. The actual building itself was a huge let down. I know it said it was under construction but did not realize it was going to be like an abandoned hotel feel. Luckily we didn’t run into any trouble with the room or door locks bc there weren’t people anywhere to help. The parking was a disaster. Not enough spots and again no direction on what to do. But again the condo itself and location were perfect.

Great Ocean-Beach view and access

The view of the ocean and proximity to the beach...building itself is still in recovery stage from the hurricane...don't expect much in the building restaurant closed, pool/hot tub closed....front desk essentially non-existent...if anyone happens to be there all answers are 'call your host'...room was VERY clean, but not much in the way of dishes, flatware etc...

Don't book through Vacasa and don't stay at Daytona Beach Resort

Condo was ok but needs some additional updates and cleaning. Couch is worn and dirty. The pools and deck areas are not open and nothing has been done to them since the last hurricane months and months ago. There is brown dirty water in the pools. It is not a pretty site. Also, most of the building needs some TLC, it is noticeably worn and not taken care of. I would not stay here again.

Just ok

I was disappointed in this trip. This was not a resort it was an expensive hotel. The 3 outdoor pools were not working. The indoor pool was not working. The indoor hot tub was not working. The outdoor patio was closed. The restaurant was closed. The tiki bar is was closed. There was no beach access from the hotel. I understand some of this as hurricane damage but some of it was not. The thing that most upset me was I asked the owner about the property before I booked it because I was afraid of hurricane damage. I was told everything was fine. That was a lie. The only thing I can say was fantastic was the view of the ocean.
