Step outside into your personal oasis! The oversized saltwater pool is one of the standout features of this home, ideal for endless splashes and sun-soaked afternoons. The screened-in porch invites you to relax in theater-style reclining chairs, perfect for movie nights under the stars. The true gem is the fabulous tiki hut with bar seating, a TV, and a beverage refrigeratorâyour go-to spot for sipping tropical drinks and entertaining friends! Enjoy outdoor meals at the spacious dining table or cook up a feast on the propane grill.
Plus, with high-quality outdoor furniture, youâll find numerous spots to unwind poolside. The backyard is fully fenced, making it safe and enjoyable for your furry friends. Weâve even got you covered for beach days with coolers, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella!
SEASONAL POOL HEATER:
ONLY available during pool heater season, which is October 1 - April 30th. You may opt to heat the pool to 83 degrees for $25/night.

HUGE 5 bedroom home- sleeps up to 15 guests with 3 full bathrooms! Nestled into a quiet beach residential neighborhood, home is a 5 minute drive to beach, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, pubs, etc. An entertainers delight that has added fun features that you and your guests will LOVE!
POOL:
This pool is really large and there is an option to heat it seasonally (Oct-April) for an additional cost. The pool deck has plenty of seating for you and your guests. TWICE A WEEK pool service.
This home offers a full-size washer and dryer and is equipped with wireless internet and has linens and bedding provided. There is a Smart TV in 4 of the 5 bedrooms and 3 additional Smart TVs in the common areas. The backyard is fully fenced in which makes it suitable for animals. We provide a grill, fire pit and beach necessities, to include a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella.
MAXIMUM GUEST OCCUPANCY IS FIFTEEN PERSONS:

We use a local rental service for a pack-n-play for guests, upon request. Cost for rental/delivery is $35.
