Welcome to The Bamboo Lagoon, a Tulum-inspired 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of Houston.

Design: The space was thoughtfully designed by the host and her team, whose signature style has been showcased in all of the company`s previous properties.

Kitchen: Chef-style with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range stove and oven.

Dining: Seats 8 comfortably with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast table and 2 at the bar. There is also an outdoor picnic table under the gazebo.

Living Room: Features a designer leather sectional sofa, two arm chairs, and a 65-inch HD TV.

Bedrooms: Four spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 14 guests.

Primary Suite: King bed, with a bold headboard and ambient lighting. Additional bamboo sofa.

Bedroom 2: King bed, two night stands, including a sophisticated accent wall.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with spa-like walk-in showers

Utility Room: Includes a washer and dryer for guest use.

Kitchen: Deep rich earth tones, high-end stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine and all necessary utensils and cooking tools.

Outdoor: Enclosed dining and lounge area with a ceiling fan, there is a wooden deck with plenty of covered and uncovered seating areas, an in ground pool with a jacuzzi and outdoor entertainment.

Additional Services: Flower and gift delivery, celebration cakes, decorations, private chef catering available for an extra fee.

Other Things to Note:

⧫Refundable deposit fee required for most stays, typically ranging from $500 to $1,000

⧫Deposit serves as a holding fee, similar to a hotel deposit

⧫Deposit will be automatically refunded after your stay and is not an additional charge

⧫AC Usage: Keep temperature around 75°F during the day and between 69-75°F at night to avoid overloading the system.

⧫Refunds: Not provided for inoperable appliances, adverse weather, or natural disasters.

Notification: Guests must report any issues within 24 hours of check-in to allow for resolution.







In the Meyerland area of Houston, this home offers a calm suburban setting while still being conveniently close to the city`s vibrant amenities. Known for its atmosphere and tree-lined streets, this neighborhood is a desirable location for both families and professionals.

Meyerland Plaza (2 miles, approx. 5-minute drive) – A local shopping center featuring a variety of retail stores, restaurants, and services.

Houston Galleria (6 miles, approx. 15-minute drive) – One of the largest shopping malls in Texas, offering luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Medical Center (6 miles, approx. 15-minute drive) – The Texas Medical Center, the largest medical complex in the world, is easily accessible.

Downtown Houston (10 miles, approx. 20-minute drive) – A short drive to the heart of the city, where you can enjoy museums, theaters, parks, and restaurants.

Know before you go:

➔To comply with city ordinances and the party ban, a strict max occupancy of 14 guests applies (including visitors). Please inform us if you plan to invite guests, who should leave by midnight to avoid fees. Unapproved gatherings will lead to immediate eviction and deposit loss.

➔ The Jacuzzi takes approximately 4-6 hours to heat depending on the weather

➔The pool takes 4-6 hours to reach warm temperatures and up to 24 hours to fully heat. Here’s the fee structure for heating:

$125 per day if forecasted lows are above 60°F.

$150 per day if forecasted lows are between 50°F and 60°F.



➔ The yard is serviced on a regular weekly basis and this may fall on a day of your stay

➔No smoking indoors.

➔Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. Outdoor amenities may be used quietly until 11pm.

➔Late check-outs may be requested within 24 hours of departure, but approval is not guaranteed and cannot extend past 12pm. Unapproved late check-out incurs a $150 fee.

➔Outdoor grill available for an additional fee. Guests are asked to clean it after use; our staff will handle deep cleaning. Propane tanks are provided; if refill is needed, guests may exchange at a nearby store.



We have one security camera in the driveway, a Ring doorbell at the front door, and one overlooking the backyard pool. A Minut Alarm also monitors noise levels, alerting us if limits are exceeded. All exterior cameras are installed for the safety of guests and the property, and they will remain active during reservations.
