Put on your chef’s hat and step into the sleek kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and whip up family favorites - or just a snack for the beach. Grab a bite at the breakfast bar, then head out to dip your toes in the sand. When you return, relax in the central AC and give your beach clothes a quick refresh in the washer/dryer. Cook up some steaks in the shared grilling area, or step out to visit the on-site restaurant and let someone else do the cooking for you. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
