We have stayed at The Pointe at least 10 times over the past several years. We usually love it because of the amenities offered as well as the idea locale. However this trip did not meet our expectations. We were not notified of the existing structural issues with the building. Temporary support beams are obscuring the view of much of the building. This should have been disclosed before letting clients reserve the property. Also we had multiple maintenance issues with room 333 we had to deal with such as ⊠the dishwasher would not work, the disposal didnât work, the ice maker didnât work, the glass shower door was coming off the hinges, and other items we corrected ourselves because we were tired of calling maintenance and having various repair people in our rooms for the first 3 days. The property manager should have been aware of these items. So sorry to have to give these details but someone needs to pay closer attention to this property. As mentioned earlier we have never had an issue in any of our previous units in this property and hope that this is just a âone offâ unusual event. Look forward to visiting again in the future if issues can be addressed.
