Had a very good day everything we needed was in the house enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool. Hope to stay here again in the future it is close to where my grandson goes to school.

House was clean and easy to enter. Rooms were spacious. We misunderstood - the pool is not in the back yard - it is down the road and is a community pool. Not a big deal - just surprised. We were the only ones in it all three days. Backyard and bird poo and a dead bird. Not real appetizing for dinning outdoors.

Great Stay for Tempe Rock and Roll Half Marathon

Property was perfect for our visit. Clean and comfortable. There were 5 of us and there was room for 2-3 more. Location was very close to the airport, Tempe, & Scottsdale. 2 of our kids ran the half marathon. we had no problems dropping them at the start, seeing them multiple times on the course and seeing them at the finish. David was wonderful to deal with. Strongly recommend this property if staying in the Tempe area.

Great stay

My family came into town for college visit. It was convenient to ASU’s campus and also very close to activities at Papago Park. The property was well-appointed and gave us plenty of space to spread out and decompress. Highly recommended!

Terrific Family Meet-Up!!

This four bedroom two bath home was perfect for meeting extended family for Thanksgiving. We made a full turkey dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen and spent each night in the back courtyard area reminiscing around the fire pit. Our host was super responsive and made everything so easy! Loved, loved, loved our stay!

Great Location and nice finishes!

We enjoyed our stay at this great place. The kitchen and baths have been nicely updated. Our bed was comfortable and we slept well. The host was available to answer our questions. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent Stay

The property is in a quiet suburb in Tempe. Parking was great. I had a problem getting my account to work and the Property Manager was quite accommodating. We had an excellent stay. The kitchen, dining and living rooms were great for entertaining and family bonding. Full of laughter. We would definitely use this place for a stay again!

Perfection and Convenience

Our family needed a place close to Tempe campus at ASU for graduation. The property was perfect. Four bedrooms and nice living space and outdoor space. Kitchen was great and well-equipped. Our host was fabulous. Air conditioner was fantastic. This property is so convenient to everything and we felt super safe. Perfect for our family dinners in the evening and convenient to attend events and see campus. Very close to airport as well but ample parking. Would recommend and will bookmark to stay again. Thank you! It made graduation week a breeze.

Nice place

This was just like the pictures. The host helped us make adjustments prior to the stay. They were prompt on giving us the entry info before we arrived to the residence. The home was clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I would stay again if we are in the area.

My daughter got married yesterday at the Phoenix zooand she and her bridesmaids stayed here. They had a beautiful place to get ready together. Very clean. Nice courtyard area. Close to the zoo. Owner very responsive (there were no issues i just wanted in a little earlier to stock with food and liquid refreshments before their arrival) highly recommend.

NCAA Final Four

What an exceptional property and great interaction with host. This was a 4 night stay. Pictures and descriptions were very accurate. The place will not disappoint. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable and safe for two women or single person on travel. Garage was a plus. Plenty of room, wonderful beds, beautiful kitchen, adorable patio. Easy access to downtown Phoenix (Convention Center), Phoenix Zoo, airport, State Farm Stadium and the Phoenician Spa. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for everything David!
