Beautiful home.

This home was as beautiful as depicted. It had everything needed to cook the few meals that we did. Everything is so organized from the remotes for all of the ceiling fans to the instructions for everything needed. We would have lived spending more time there but were in town to visit our daughter. This is a wonderful property.

Our Tempe Getaway

Wow. What a nice property and conveniently located to stores and ASU. It was perfect for our family and the swimming pool was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Fun!

Pool is not heated, so if attending before May, know it’s chilly. We loved our stay overall!!! It was perfect for a big family. Cozy beds and a great yard for the dog!

Fantastic home in Tempe

This is really a super nice and comfortable home in a wonderful neighborhood in Tempe for our group (three friends visiting for Spring Training). Additionally the owners do a fantastic job at providing everything in the home you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and the communication was thoughtful and friendly.

Everything you need!

Very well maintained property! It was just the right size for our annual Spring Training trip. Had everything we needed for the entire stay and more. Scott answered any question I had and with a quick response. Would absolutely stay here again.

Best VRBO Experience to date

This was just the NICEST property. Super clean and comfortable, every light switch labeled to make it easy to find everything, great house layout and space, and did I mention comfortable !! Nice decor and furniture, and plenty to space. Also a really excellent experience with the owner/manager, who would answer messages almost as quickly as I hit send. Loved this place and would be very happy to stay there again !!

Excellent location!

Property was exactly as advertised and extremely convenient and close to the event that we were in town for. Very clean and the perfect layout for our family. We were in town for an Ironman event at Tempe Beach Park, and able to easily go back and forth the 1.7 mile distance. The host was easy to work with.

Our Family Tempe Trip

Our recent VRBO experience was great! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an awesome vacation. The house was equipped with all of the little incidentals you tend to forget when going on vacation. Awesome stay in Tempe!

We have rented several properties in Tempe over the last few years while our kids have been at ASU. This one was definitely our favorite! Backyard space was super comfortable and fun. House has two generous living areas making it easy to spread out. Communication with Scott was great and he was very easy about an early check in. Very gracious owners and we will happily stay here again if we get the chance!

We absolutely loved our visit at this property… Everything we expected… Great communication with the homeowners… Plenty of items in the kitchen to cook and clean with… Plenty of towels… Plenty of beach towels… Access to laundry and laundry soap… Quiet neighborhood…… We had an absolutely wonderful time would stay there again

Terrific layout and property

We had our whole family with us and had more than enough room. The property was meticulously maintained and just as the pictures indicated. For us, it was perfectly located for visiting friends in the area and doing some site seeing. The owners were very accommodating as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need and more.

3 friends and myself met in Tempe for a golf trip. The house was spacious, clean and beds comfortable. Property manager was easy to contact and answered all of my questions. Also shipped my putter that I left behind. Quiet neighborhiid across from a school, would rent this home again.

When they retired, we had the opportunity to purchase it. Our friends who rented from us for 3 years moved out and we renovated it. We are from Reno but Tempe is a second home to us.
