Find yourself at home as you walk up the entryway staircase to the main floor of the property. The main floor of the property features an open concept common area with living room, dining area, and kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen features high-end appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space for all of your cooking needs. Directly off of the living room you will find the large wrap around second story deck which overlooks the first-floor deck and swimming pool and features comfortable outdoor living room seating and bistro dinning.

Adventure down the interior stairwell to find yourself on the cozy first floor. On the first floor you will be treated to a cabana room located directly off of the pool deck fit with comfy den furnishings, a changing room/dry bar, the 2nd guest bedroom fit with reading nook, and mudroom.

Grab a book and lounge around the pool in the fully enclosed pool cage. Step outside the pool cage into the backyard to enjoy lush Tropical landscapes and sip a glass of wine by the outdoor propane firepit.

Marlow's Siesta House is perfect for adult groups of up-to 6. Travelers looking for a winter escape, honeymooning couples, friends' getaway, and long-term business travelers will find this home fits perfect to their needs.

Location

Marlow's Siesta House is located directly in the middle of the island of Siesta Key. The main public beach access is located less than 1 mile down Midnight Pass Rd. Marlow's Siesta House does provide bikes, beach amenities, and a beach cart for maximum beach enjoyment. The Siesta Key Village is located 2 miles away and is an easy walk/bike or free ride away. Siesta Key does provide a free Trolley system that picks up passengers on Beach Rd.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.

Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.

Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
