We wish we had booked more days! What a beautiful place to be and what a beautiful view. Watching the light on Seneca Rock change and glow in the evening right from the furnished covered patio was a joy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’ll need. So thoughtful. The furniture was comfortable and there were plenty of birdhouses! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a fantastic cabin right in Seneca Rocks. All the modern amenities, not bare bones rustic like the other cabins in Seneca area. You definitely get your money's worth here. Clean, comfortable, spacious, cozy, well-equipped all the superlatives. Host is very responsive and and I had several questions along the way, she always responded promptly and helpfully. I highly recommend this cabin, which is really more modern, like a house than a cabin. Outside area is lots of room to run and play, fire pit area and a trail down to the shore of Seneca Creek, right at a lovely cascade, which also gives peaceful sounds in the background. I almost forgot the amazing view of Seneca Rocks you get from the front porch and very spacious covered patio. Book it!

It was a wonderful setting for a family weekend in the mountains. Danica communicated promptly and everything was comfortable and welcoming. Loved the patio where we ate breakfast outside watching the fog lift off Seneca Rocks each morning. Dogs are welcome and lots of room for them to run and play. Quiet setting with privacy and no noisy road or neighbors. Creek was beautiful and we enjoyed a night roasting hotdogs by the fire. Planning on coming back again!

We loved this place! We felt at home and our dogs had a blast as well. The view is amazing and the property is beautiful and peaceful. We drank our coffee outside every morning looking at Seneca Rocks. We will definitely be back soon!

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here and is definitely the best place to rent in the greater Seneca Rocks area. Loved the recent upgrades too.

What a great place to hit the reset button! It's a great place to enjoy the nature of West Virginia. The view was great and the home was clean and welcoming, but our favorite part had to be the stream. We sat in it for hours and hiked up and down. We visited 2 years ago and promised to return and so glad we did! I would imagine our family coming back again. There was also a very friendly cat that made my wife very happy to see again!

Absolutely the best bang for the buck: clean, luxurious furniture and linens, well stocked kitchen. The view!!!!! And the little guest treats...oh and the outdoor patio and seating, property was sweet too! We will return!

Awesome host, the place was immaculate inside and had everything you would need. It’s close proximity to some of the best trout fishing in the state and hiking trails. You absolutely can’t beat the view. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you to the host!

This was a very clean, nice and cozy home to spend a week in. The view of Seneca Rocks is great and there was beautiful fall foliage color during our The house is wonderful as is the hostess. The house was nicely decorated for Fall (my favorite time of year). I loved that someone took the time to decorate for the season. This place had everything you could want or need as well as many extras. Great appliances and amenities. Lots of soft cozy throws to cover up with on chilly evenings, flannel sheets and soft blankets on the beds and luxurious, fluffy bath towels. There were even kcup coffees for our use (we brought and used our own, but that was a thoughtful extra from the hostess) as well as leaving us some maple syrup and jelly. The huge covered porch is just another great addition to the house. Comfortable furniture and a great view. We spent several hours a day out there, enjoying fresh mountain air and nature. Had visits from deer on a couple evenings, saw a fox one day and on our last afternoon at the house, we were joined by a beautiful cat, who hung out with us until we went inside in the evening, and was there to see us off on the morning we left to head home. I hope that cat belonged to a neighbor, he was very friendly. Danita (the hostess) was very good to work with. She really goes all out to make her home a wonderful place for her guests. She responded within minutes to any messages I sent. We loved it here and hope to visit again.

It rained cats and dogs the first half of our trip. And it was glorious...we lounged under the huge covered porch, read, played games, bbqed, and just relaxed. The second half was perfect weather. And it was glorious...we lounged under the huge covered porch, soaked in the amazing view, hiked, rode bikes, bbqed, and enjoyed the fire ring while listening to the rushing creek below. We loved every minute of it. This place is a gem - so comfortable and in a perfect location.

What a truly lovely and welcoming home! The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and is so homey, beautiful, and comfortable. And of course, the view is spectacular. Warning though, you won't want to leave . . . it's that nice! We'll be back again!
