We (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids and 2 tiny dogs) loved this property for a little getaway. We chose it for the dark sky designation, pool, river access and proximity to Seneca Rocks and Smoke Hole Cavern. We caught several small bass in the river behind the house. We also visited during a lunar eclipse/full moon. The host was very accommodating and made our trip extra special.

Todd and his wife Joann are excellent guests. They respect your home and treat it like their own. They leave your home the way they found it, and maybe even a little better. They are 5 star guests without a doubt!
