Property owner was outstanding. The only issue is that the property lists as 5 bedrooms only you have to go through one to get to the other. Other than that it was as advertised. We certainly would book it again

The house, and especially the garden, was beautiful. We had a wonderful time there. You can tell the house could use a little TLC — there are some worn/broken bits here and there, and a bit of water damage on the ceiling. The outdoor area, though, is lovely. The pool was heated to a nice warm temperature, and the pool accessories were great for the kids. Unfortunately, the hot tub doesn't really work properly — unless you enjoy having warm water continuously sprayed in your face, I'd recommend not turning it on.The ice maker in the fridge didn't work, but aside from that, the kitchen was very well equipped. That said, I do wonder how larger groups would manage with such a small dishwasher.The neighborhood felt a bit unwelcoming — nobody returned a friendly greeting when we said hello. I get the sense they're not thrilled about the house being rented out as a vacation home, though I do wonder where they go on vacation themselves!Overall, we had a great time here. That said, for the price, a bit more polish would be nice.

This property was ideal for our family. The neighborhood was well maintained and very quiet. The home was immaculate, nicely decorated with plentiful supplies and good quality linens and towels. The spacious backyard was incredible. Large, heated pool, trampoline and tree swing for the grandkids, which they loved! Covered outdoor kitchen/dining area with pool table and oversized tv. Shed with pool floats and toys and games, volleyball court and fire pit for s’mores at night. Plenty of parking for 4 cars in driveway and in front of house. We only used the hot tub once: there was an issue where a cap kept popping off causing a geyser effect, so we just kept it off and covered and were happy using the heated pool. The bedrooms upstairs were on the small side and the downstairs shower was very small but we spent most of our time outdoors so that didn’t matter much. One thing I did find disappointing was that there were no recycle bins anywhere. All trash went in one place, Other than that, we were very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation. Our group consisted of two sets of grandparents, a favorite uncle and a Mom and Dad with two children, ages 5 and 7 The kids didn’t want to leave. Thank you.

Property was very clean well .manicured. multiple different gathering areas. Will definitely consider it again for next year's family vacation. Couple minor appliance issues, ice maker inop. Smoke alarm went off at random .. gas grill missing igniter or lighter to light it. Overall a Definite 10 in My opinion

Wonderful property all around!! Our family had a wonderful vacation! Very clean, pool was great, outdoor area is amazing, beds are very comfortable, TVs in every room! Very nice all around.
