The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Desert Princess Country Club has many amenities available. This newly furbished Mid-Century modern condo located in the Desert Princess Country Club offers all the comforts of home and more. Two bedrooms/ 2 attached baths luxuriously sleeps 4 and has flat screen televisions in each room.
This floor plan overlooking the 9th tee box has each bedroom on opposite sides of the living room! New King-sized beds and one bedroom can be converted to 2 twin extra-long beds if requested or kept as a King size bed. Both updated bathrooms have double sink vanities with quartz counters, spa shower head and huge walk-in closets.
We supply Cable with HBO and Showtime as well as free WiFi. 2nd suite has streaming TV. Washer/Dryer located inside condo.
Large open kitchen with Quartz counters and island that seats 4 has plenty of cabinet storage and stocked with all you need for cooking and serving.
The Palm Springs International Airport and downtown area is a short 10-minute ride away from our front gates. Minutes from everything that is in Palm Springs; restaurants, shopping, casinos, Art Museum, Theaters, and the Street Fair. Experience the spectacular view of the Coachella Valley from over 8,000 feet up the mountain at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Swing your club at one of the many pristine golf courses in the area or visit the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, dry cleaners, barber shops, nail and hair salons, a pharmacy, plus a wide assortment of restaurants.
Each bedroom and living room have sliding doors to step out and enjoy the large patio area with comfortable stylish modern seating, a patio umbrella table for outside dining and large natural gas BBQ with hot plate. With spectacular views of the grounds, mountains, shared pool and spa you’re just steps away from.
Additional rules
- guests/occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
- Cathedral City requires guests to sign this acknowledgement form and submit photo ID at check in in addition to following good neighbor rules. As follows
- NO pets allowed.
- No more than 4 people may occupy at any one time.
-No more than 2 cars
- NOISE:
Remember you are renting in a residential neighborhood. No outdoor music, radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, devices that produces or reproduces sound can be used outdoors at any time. If used indoors, it cannot be heard beyond the property line. Use of outdoor amenities is prohibited between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM.
-If there is a complaint, a Short-Term Vacation Rental Compliance Officer will respond to the property. If required, the STVR Officer will call the Local Contact, and request they respond to the property within 30 minutes. A citation can be issued to the Responsible Person of the rental if a violation of the Cathedral City ordinance occurs.
Please use common courtesy and respect the neighborhood and it will be a pleasant experience for everyone!
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside of the property.
- Please take the trash out to the bins by the garage.
- Guest may not assign or sublease the premises under any circumstances.
- No commercial photography, videography or events are allowed.
- Host shall have the right to enter the premises to make inspections or provide necessary services. However, host does not assume any liability for the care or supervision of the premises while under the possession and of guest. As provided by law, in the case of an emergency, host may enter the premises without guest's consent.
- Any noise violation fee (from the city), pet violation fee, damages to the property, all the other fees incurred by the guest will be passing along to guests.
- All parties including the guest will be subject to immediate eviction from the property if the guest or parties of the guest violate any terms of this agreement, including but not limited to, violation of the occupancy limits, pet provision, smoking, or noise ordinance. In the event of eviction from the property, the guest shall forfeit all amounts paid and there will be no refund of money.
- Guest will need to use Visto Chino Gate (Main Gate) to get in and out of the resort. $50 fee for transmitter is available for guests wanting access to all gates
