Centrally located and beautifully Remodeled! Everything in this unbeatable townhome is brand new and ready to ensure an unforgettable Park City getaway!
-Amazing Location-
The property is situated right between PCM base and historic Main St. in Park City. Skiing, restaurants, and shopping are all a short walk or drive away! Park City Mountain base lifts Payday and First Time are a 6 minute walk, or a short bus ride away; Town Lift and Main Street are 10 minutes or a short ride as well.
The townhome was completely renovated in preparation for this ski season! All finishes, appliances and furniture are of the highest quality. Enjoy high speed internet and Smart Tv's in every room. The townhome also boasts two private parking spaces reserved for our guests.
Main Floor:
Room 1 - Queen bed
Full bath - Walk in shower
Floor 2:
Bedroom 2 - King bed
Bedroom 3 - Full size bed and Twin bed
Full bath - Shower/tub
Just a couple minute walk from two free public transit stops!
Wasatch Condominium HOA Rules:
*Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons (infants and children included) 2 persons per room max.
*Be courteous to neighbors: Each unit shares common walls, floors and ceilings: voices, music, TV etc. can travel thru shared structures and be disruptive to neighbors.
*Headphones are required when playing video games at all times.
*HOA requires adherence to quiet hours and all-hours courteous behavior for neighbors, indoors & outside along walkways and parking lots. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in fines.
*NO smoking anywhere on the property including parking lots and near dumpsters.
*December 1st to April 15th - Unit will have 1 designated parking spot and vehicle must fit in the stall without obstructing sidewalk along buildings.
SNOW PLOWING- Parking is uncovered. Cars must be removed from the lots on days with 2" or more snow on the ground. Cars are subject to fines and towing if snowplow work is obstructed.
* trash and recycling dumpsters are located on the north east side of the property. All trash must fit inside the dumpster and lid must be closed. Recycling dumpsters only allow loose articles, no bags. See list of approved recycling and post in your unit. *no bagged recycling is allowed.
