Gone Coastal - Beachcomber Vacation Homes

Welcome to Gone Coastal, just a short walk to the beach and a quick three-minute drive into town! This 3 level, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac.

On the main level you will find an open floor plan with a huge wall of windows to let in a ton of natural light. The living space has a roomy seating area, and a flat-screen TV, providing the perfect place to stretch out and relax after a long day at the beach. There is also a fireplace to keep you nice and toasty on those chilly Oregon evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has wonderful outside views, a six-burner range and a separate wine cooler. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and features a sizable table with seating for eight, to share home cooked meals and fun, family games. There is also access to the big wraparound deck from this area, complete with outdoor furniture, a gas grill and gorgeous views, perfect for that morning coffee. This is also a great place to sit out at night and watch the stars. You will likely find yourself spending a lot of time, both morning and night enjoying the views, taking in the ocean breeze, and breathing in the salty air.

There is a guest bedroom, with a full-sized bed just off the kitchen. This bedroom is adjacent to a full bathroom that has a shower, and access to the washer and dryer is here as well.

Climb the stairs to the upper level where you will find the primary bedroom with a comfy king size bed, flat screen tv and an en suite bathroom. There is also a little reading nook that is open to the floor below.

The lower level of Gone Coastal has a large recreation room which is a perfect hangout for the children! The rec room here has a large sectional couch and a flat screen tv, perfect for popcorn and movie night! There is also an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a third full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

It’s an easy walk from this Tolovana Park home to a quiet section of the beach, where a calming stroll and scenic vistas await you.

Cannon Beach Stay

We were three couples that stayed for three nights. Overall we were happy with the place, it was clean and comfortable. The only real issue is the afternoon sun coming in the large windows looking out at the ocean. While the view is terrific the sun coming in through the windows tends to heat up the living space quite a bit and there is no air conditioning. So, we had to close all the blinds on the windows to try to keep the heat down. Temps in the house got up to the 80, sort of defeats the purpose of the large windows for a view. I imagine it would be even worse during the peak summer time.
